Such is how We deal with the transgressors.

Woe, on that Day, to the deceivers!

Didn’t We create you from a base fluid?

And placed it in a secure repository?

Until a known time?

We determined, so how excellent We are at determining.

Woe, on that Day, to the forgers!
77:25
Didn’t We make the earth a receptacle?
77:26
For the living and for the dead?
77:27
And placed within it towering mountains, and provided you with fresh water to drink?

Woe, on that Day, to the rejecters!
77:29
Proceed to what you used to deny.
77:30
Proceed to a shadow in three columns.
77:31
It neither has shade nor can it shield from the flames.

It throws up sparks as towers.
77:33
As if they were yellowish camels.
77:34
Woe, on that Day, to the falsifiers!
77:35
This is the Day when they won’t speak.
77:36
And they won’t be allowed to make excuses.

Woe, on that Day, to the schemers!

This is the Day of Separation; We gathered you and the ancients.

If you have a strategy, then use it against Me.

Woe to the disbelievers on that Day!

The righteous will be amidst shades and springs.

And fruits of their choosing.

“Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do.”

Such is how We reward the doers of good.

Woe, on that Day, to the deniers!

“Eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you are guilty.”

Woe, on that Day, to the rejecters!

If they were told, “Bow down,” they don’t bow down.

Woe, on that Day, to those who refuse!
