61:1  Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth celebrates the praise of Allâh and declares His divine glory. He is the All- Mighty, the All-Wise.

61:2  O’ you who adhere firmly to Islamic monotheism, why do you say that which you do not do?

61:3  The most detestable thing in the sight of Allâh is that you say which you do not fulfill.

61:4  Indeed, Allâh demonstrates his own love for those who fight (bravely) for His cause in rows as if they were a solid structure.

61:5  Behold! ‘Moses’ said unto his people: "Why do you intend to hurt me while you know well that I am a Messenger of Allâh to you?” So when they departed from the established course, Allâh caused their hearts to depart from the established course. Allâh will not illuminate the path of the sons of disobedience.

61:6  Behold! ‘Jesus, son of Mary’, said: "O’ Children of Israel, I am the ‘Messenger’ of Allâh to you, verifying that which was revealed before me in the ‘Torah’, and bringing joyful news of a ‘Messenger’ who will come after me, whose name will be Ahmed. But when he, (‘Muhammad’), came to them with the full knowledge of the Truth (which confirms that he is a ‘Messenger’ of Allâh), they say: "This is an apparent sorcery (and devilry)."

61:7  Who is more grossly unfair than the one who creates falsehood against Allâh while he is being invited to Islam? Lo! Allâh will not illuminate the path of those who are grossly unfair and morally wrong.

61:8  They eagerly pursue and seek to extinguish the Light of Allâh with their mouths. But Allâh intends no other than to perfect His Light. No matter how detestable is to those who excessively indulge in disbelief (in Allâh).

61:9  He is the One who has sent His Messenger with the source of spiritual insight, and with the religion of truth, in order to overshadow all other religions, No matter how detestable is to those who excessively indulge in polytheism .

61:10  O’ you who adhere firmly to Islamic Monotheism, shall I guide you into a commerce that will deliver you from a 'painful doom'?

61:11  That you believe in Allâh and His ( blessed) Messenger, and that you strive hard for (serving) the cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives. That is better for you if you but knew!

61:12  If you do so, He will redeem you from your sins, and admit you into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, and beautiful mansions in the gardens of Eden. That is the ultimate success and the supreme one.

61:13  Additionally, there is something you truly long for, victory from Allâh and an imminent conquest. Thus, announce the joyful news, (O' ‘Muhammad’), to the ‘Monotheistic Believers’.

61:14  O’ you who adhere firmly to Islamic Monotheism, be great supporters of the cause of Allâh as ‘Jesus , son of Mary’, (when) he said unto the disciples: "Who will support me (in serving the cause) of Allâh?" The disciples said: We are (indeed) the supporters of Allâh. Thus, a party of the ‘Children of Israel’ attained Faith in Allâh, and another party persisted in disbelief. Then We strengthened those who attained Faith in Allâh against their enemy. Thus, they became the triumphant.
