And We revealed
wa-anzalnā
to you
ilayka
the Book
l-kitāba
in [the] truth
bil-ḥaqi
confirming
muṣaddiqan
what
limā
(was) between
bayna
his hands
yadayhi
of
mina
the Book
l-kitābi
and a guardian
wamuhayminan
over it
ʿalayhi
So judge
fa-uḥ'kum
between them
baynahum
by what
bimā
has revealed
anzala
Allah
l-lahu
and (do) not
walā
follow
tattabiʿ
their vain desires
ahwāahum
when
ʿammā
has come to you
jāaka
of
mina
the truth
l-ḥaqi
For each
likullin
We have made
jaʿalnā
for you
minkum
a law
shir'ʿatan
and a clear way
wamin'hājan
And if
walaw
(had) willed
shāa
Allah
l-lahu
He (would have) made you
lajaʿalakum
a community
ummatan
one
wāḥidatan
[and] but
walākin
to test you
liyabluwakum
in
what
He (has) given you
ātākum
so race
fa-is'tabiqū
(to) the good
l-khayrāti
To
ilā
Allah
l-lahi
you will return
marjiʿukum
all
jamīʿan
then He will inform you
fayunabbi-ukum
of what
bimā
you were
kuntum
concerning it
fīhi
differing
takhtalifūna
