Indeed, those who disbelieve, they spend their wealth to hinder (people) from (the) way (of) Allah. So they will spend it, then it will be for them a regret, then they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve, to Hell they will be gathered.

Behold, those who are bent on denying the truth are spending their riches in order to turn others away from the path of God; and they will go on spending them until they become [a source of] intense regret for them; and then they will be overcome! And those who [until their death] have denied the truth shall be gathered unto hell
Lo! those who disbelieve spend their wealth in order that they may debar (men) from the way of Allah. They will spend it, then it will become an anguish for them, then they will be conquered. And those who disbelieve will be gathered unto hell
The Unbelievers spend their wealth to hinder (man) from the path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend; but in the end they will have (only) regrets and sighs; at length they will be overcome: and the Unbelievers will be gathered together to Hell;
Surely those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (people) from the way of Allah; so they shall spend it, then it shall be to them an intense regret, then they shall be overcome; and those who disbelieve shall be driven together to hell

And those who denied the truth will be gathered together in Hell
Truly, those who were ungrateful spend their wealth so that they bar the way of God. They will spend it. Again, it will become a regret for them. Again, they will be vanquished. And those who were ungrateful will be assembled in hell.
Those who disbelieve spend their money to block off God´s way. They will go on spending it; then regret will be their lot. Next they will be defeated and those who disbelieve will be summoned unto Hell
Surely the disbelievers spend their wealth to hinder others from the Path of Allah. They will continue to spend to the point of regret. Then they will be defeated and the disbelievers will be driven into Hell,
The unbelievers spend their wealth to turn people away from God's path. They will continue to spend it until it becomes a source of sorrow for them: in the end they will be overcome and will be gathered in Hell,

Indeed the faithless spend their wealth to bar from the way of Allah. Soon they will have spent it, then it will be a cause of regret to them, then they will be overcome, and the faithless will be gathered toward Hell
Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to turn folk away from the path of Allah; but they shall spend it, and then it shall become sighing (regret) for them, and then they shall be overcome. Those who disbelieve shall be gathered into hell
Surely the ones who have disbelieved expend their riches to bar from the way of Allah; so they will soon expend them; thereafter these will be (a cause) of regret for them; thereafter they will be overcome; and the ones who have disbelieved will be mustered to Hell

The disbelievers spend their wealth to keep (men) away from the Path of Allah, and so will they keep on spending; But in the end they will have regrets and sighs; At the end they will be defeated: And the disbelievers will be brought together to Hell&mdash

Those who have chosen to disbelieve, spend lots of their wealth to block the path which leads to the Lord and [when they see that it does not work,] they go on spending more. What they will earn for this is only the regret; then they will be overpowered and led to the Hell

Undoubtedly, the infidels spend their wealth to prevent from the path of Allah, they will spend it now, then again they will regret on it, then will be overpowered. The infidels shall be gathered towards hell.

Then, in the long run, (this expenditure) will be to them a (source of) regret and after that they shall be overcome. Such of them who persist in disbelief shall be gathered into Gehenna

Al-muntakhab fi tafsir al-Qur'an al-Karim
These infidels spend their money in the warring campaigns of disbelief against belief with the motive principle of obstructing the way to the path of Allah, the path of righteousness. They shall spend until they exhaust themselves and suffer losses, and then lament the events and circumstances with sighing. Then shall reason conquer passion and they lose the field and be subdued, and all infidels shall be thronged into Hell
Those who do not believe, certainly spend their wealth to hinder (people) from the way of Allah, so they will (continue to) spend it, then it will become (a cause of) regret for them, then they will be overcome and those who did not believe will be gathered towards hell,
