Indeed, God has shown the truth in His Apostle’s true vision: most certainly shall you enter the Inviolable House of Worship, if God so wills, in full security, with your heads shaved or your hair cut short, without any fear: for He has [always] known that which you yourselves could not know. And He has ordained [for you], besides this, a victory soon to come
Allah hath fulfilled the vision for His messenger in very truth. Ye shall indeed enter the Inviolable Place of Worship, if Allah will, secure, (having your hair) shaven and cut, not fearing. But He knoweth that which ye know not, and hath given you a near victory beforehand

Allah had surely fulfilled for His Messenger the vision, that conformed to the rules of wisdom. `(My faithful Companions!) you shall enter the Holy Mosque if Allah will, safe and secure, some of you with your heads shaved and (others) with (their) hair only cut short (as is a prescribed rite for a Pilgrim), you will have nothing to fear.' (As for the time involved in its fulfillment) He knows what you do not know. He has, infact, ordained for you a victory (near at hand, at Khaibar) to be gained before (the fulfillment of) that (vision)
Surely, Allah showed His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him) the dream exactly true to the reality that, if Allah wills, you will most certainly enter the Sacred Mosque safely, (some) with heads shaved and (some) with hair cut short, (in a state of security,) having no fear. So He knew (the al-Hudaybiya treaty as a preamble to the truth of the dream) which you did not know, and gave you an immediate victory (the victory of Khaybar even before the victory of Mecca, soon after returning from al-Hudaybiya. The next year He bestowed the victory of Mecca and entry to the Sacred Mosque.
Indeed Allah shall fulfil the true vision which He showed to His Messenger (SAW) (i.e. the Prophet SAW saw a dream that he has entered Makkah along with his companions, having their (head) hair shaved and cut short) in very truth. Allah, well intentioned, fulfilled what He presented to His Messenger’s mind in his sleep: "You" Allah said, "Shall enter the Sacrosanct Mosque, Allah willing, with peace of mind and rightly free from apprehension, with heads shaved by some and hair cut short by others, free of fear". Allah takes the matters of fact He knows and you do not, and circumstances them in His own manner and He accorded you besides Hodaibyiah quite a near event
Allah indeed made true, His messenger’s vision of reality, that if Allah wills, you will definitely enter the Sacred Mosque secure, (some) having your heads shaved while (others having their hair) reduced, (entering) without fear. So He knew that which you did not know, therefore He brought about a near victory (of Khaiber), besides that.
