Arabic		إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَصَدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ مَاتُوا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَن يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُم
Transliteration		Inna allatheena kafaroo wasaddoo AAan sabeeli Allahi thumma matoo wahum kuffarun falan yaghfira Allahu lahum
Transliteration-2		inna alladhīna kafarū waṣaddū ʿan sabīli l-lahi thumma mātū wahum kuffārun falan yaghfira l-lahu lahu

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		Verily, as for those who are bent on denying the truth and on barring [others] from the path of God, and then die as deniers of the truth - indeed, God will not grant them forgiveness
M. M. Pickthall		Lo! those who disbelieve and turn from the way of Allah and then die disbelievers, Allah surely will not pardon them
Yusuf Ali (Saudi Rev. 1985)		Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah,- Allah will not forgive them
Shakir		Surely those who disbelieve and turn away from Allah's way, then they die while they are unbelievers, Allah will by no means forgive them
