And though some be too proud [to listen to this call], they who [in their hearts] are with thy Sustainer extol His limitless glory by night and by day, and never grow weary [thereof]
But is the (Unbelievers) are arrogant, (no matter): for in the presence of thy Lord are those who celebrate His praises by night and by day. And they never flag (nor feel themselves above it)
But if they respond arrogantly, [it matters not] for those who are near your Lord praise His limitless glory by night and by day, and never grow tired.
If they are too arrogant (to worship Him alone), it is a fact that those who are in the Presence of your Lord (the angels and His sincere servants among humankind and jinn), glorify Him alone by night and day and are tireless (therein)
Yet, in case they wax proud, then the ones who are in the Providence with your Lord extol to Him by night and daytime, and they do not grow weary. A prostration is to be performed her
But if they are too proud, those who are with your Lord, practically extol His Glory night and day, and tire not. (All things in the Universe are working toward the fulfillment of the Divine Plan)
But if the (unbelievers) are proud, (it does not matter): Because, in the Presence of your Lord are those who celebrate His Praises by night and by day. And they are never tired of it (nor feel themselves above it)
So if the unbelievers disdain His worship, let them remember that the angels who are nearest to your Lord, glorify Him day and night and never feel tired
Dr. Munir Munshey
The unbelievers may turn away (from the truth) arrogantly, but those (angels) close to your Lord glorify Him (and chant His praises) day and night. They do not relent
Dr. Kamal Omar
Then if they indulged in arrogance out of pride, then those (angels) who are in the close presence of your Nourisher-Sustainer, they swiftly pay Him obedience night and day and they do not feel tired
But if they wax proud (and persist in their attitude, it does not matter, for) the angels near-stationed to your Lord glorify Him night and day, and never grow weary
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad
But if they are arrogant (do not be upset), as those who are with your Master glorify Him in the night and the day and they do not get tired
But if they [Allah's subjects] are too arrogant to worship Him, then those that are close to your Lord do never get weary of singing His praises night and day
Controversial, deprecated, or status undetermined works
It does not matter if the disbelievers persist in their arrogance and not worship the Lord. [God does not really need their worship as the] Angles who are nearest to God glorify Him day and night without being tired of
Faridul Haque
So if these (disbelievers) be haughty, so (in any case) those (the angels) who are with your Lord say His Purity night and day, and they do not get weary. (Command of prostration # 11
Hasan Al-Fatih Qaribullah
But if they become proud, those who are with your Lord exalt Him by day and night, and never grow weary
But if they turn away with disdain, they do it to their own detriment, while those who are with thy Lord glorify HIM night and day, and they are never wearied
If they wax too proud (to prostrate before Him let them know that) those who are the near ones of your Lord glorify Him night and day and they never grow weary (of it). (Prostration
Then if they show arrogance (do not care for them). So the angels that are in the presence of your Lord glorify Him night and day, and never are they tired (and disgruntled)
If they continue to be arrogant (egotistic), then (let them know) that those who are near their Rabb (conscious of their essential reality) tasbih Him (live with the awareness of their servitude to their Rabb) by night and by day without becoming weary!
Al-muntakhab fi tafsir al-Qur'an al-Karim
Should they -the infidels- continue to be unjustly extravagant in their accounts of themselves and exercise inordinate self-esteem nonetheless, those with Allah in His heaven's realm praise Him and extol His glorious attributes night and day and never do they grow weary
