Then, when the Trumpet (of Resurrection) is blown, there will no longer be any ties of kinship among them (which will be of any avail), nor will they ask about one another (as everyone will be too engrossed in their own plight to think of others)
On the Day when the Trumpet will be blown, they will neither have worldly relations between them any more, nor will they ask about each other
Dr. Munir Munshey
Then, all links of kinship between them shall cease on that day. The day the trumpet sounds, they will not inquire about one another
Dr. Kamal Omar

This word refers to kinship or genealogical links) amongst them that Day, nor will they ask one another (on this subject). Sayyed Abbas Sadr-Ameli

Al-muntakhab fi tafsir al-Qur'an al-Karim
And when the trumpet is sounded in Day of Judgement no ties of kinship of any kind or degree shall be of avail in accomplishing a purpose. Ties are simply dissolved and each one is tried upon no other recommendation than the quality of his own deeds nor shall they be able to discourse on any point
that I may set right in (the world, all wrongs) which I have left behind." By no means! It is (only) a sentence which he says. And behind them is a barrier till the day they are raised.
