But how can they appoint you a judge while they (have) with them the Taurat, in it (is the) Command (of) Allah? Then they turn away from after that, and not those (are) the believers.
But how is it that they ask thee for judgment seeing that they have the Torah, containing God's injunctions - and thereafter turn away [from thy judgment]? Such as these, then, are no [true] believers
How come they unto thee for judgment when they have the Torah, wherein Allah hath delivered judgment (for them)? Yet even after that they turn away. Such (folk) are not believers
But why do they come to thee for decision, when they have (their own) law before them?- therein is the (plain) command of Allah; yet even after that, they would turn away. For they are not (really) People of Faith
But why do they come to you for judgment when they ˹already˺ have the Torah containing Allah’s judgment, then they turn away after all? They are not ˹true˺ believers.
Why do they come to you for judgment, seeing that they have the Torah with God's Law? Even then they will turn away from your judgment. These are not true believers.
But why do they come to you for judgement when they have the Torah, which enshrines God's own judgement? Yet, in spite of that, they turn their backs; and certainly they will not believe

How can they choose you as a judge when they have the Torah, which contains God´s judgment? Yet even then they will turn away, and such persons are not believers.

But how would they avail decisions from you, while with them (is available) the Taurat (Torah); in it (is written) the ordainment (verdict) of Allah, yet they will turn away after that. And they are not on the side of the Believers
But why do they come to you for Judgment when they have the Torah which contains Allah’s commandments? Yet they turn back after that. In fact, they are not true believers
But why do they come to you for judgment, when they have the Torah, in which is God's Law? Yet they turn away after that. These are not believers
And how do they make you their judge and the Tawrah (The Book revealed to Musa "Moses", of which the extant Torah is a corruption) is in their presence, wherein is the Judgment of Allah? Thereafter they turn away even after that. And in no way are those the (real) believers
How can they come to you for judgment when they already have the Torah which contains the decree of God! It does not take them long to disregard your judgment; they are not true believers
How do they ask you to judge while the Torah is with them, having the ruling of Allah? Still, they turn away, after all that. They are no believers
Why do they ask you to act as a judge among them when they have the Torah, containing Allah's Law and they disregard it? They are not believers
Why do they come to you for judgment? They have the Torah with them, and it does contain the commandments of Allah. Yet they ignore it. In fact, these people are not the believers
But why do they come to you for decision, when they have (their own) Torah before them? In there is the plain Command of Allah; Yet even after that, they would turn away. For, they are not (really the) people of Faith
But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the Torah, in which is the judgement of Allah ? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers
And how can they make you their judge when they have the Torah, in which is God's judgment; then they turn away after that. Those are not believers
but why do they come to you for judgement when they have the Torah with God’s judgement, and even then still turn away? These are not believers

How can they make you their judge when they have the Torah with them which contains the judgement of Allah? Then even after that they turn their backs! Such people are certainly not muminun.
But how is it that they ask you for judgment when they have the Torah, in which there is God’s judgment (concerning murder), and still thereafter turn away (from that and from your judgment)? The fact is: those are not believers
And how should they make you a judge, while with them is the Torah, in which is Allah’s judgement? Yet in spite of that they turn their backs [on Him] and they are not believers
But why should they make you their judge, when they have their own Law, wherein is Allah´s judgment? Yet they turn back even after that, for they do not really believe
How can they make you judge while they have the Torah with them which has God's instruction in it? Then they turn away (from your judgment) after that, they are not the believers

But how will they come to you for judgment when they already have the Torah in which is the judgement of Allah? Then they turn away after that; those are not believers

And how (do) they ask you to judge/rule, and at them (is) the Torah/Old Testament, in it (is) God's judgment/rule, then they turn away from after that, and those are not with the believing
Why do they ask you to judge among them while they [call themselves Jews and] have Torah containing the laws of the Lord? They turn away from it [hoping from a judgment on their behalf] for the simple reason that they have no faith
And why should they wish to be judged by you, when they have the Taurat with them, in which exist the commands of Allah and yet they turn away from it? And they will not accept faith
And how will they make thee their judge when they have with them the Torah, wherein is ALLAH's judgment? Yet in spite of that they turn their backs; and certainly they will not believe
And how can they accept you as a judge whilst they have the Torah with them wherein is (revealed) the commandment of Allah? Yet they turn away (from the truth even) after that. And they are the ones who will not (at all) embrace faith
And how should they appoint you their judge whilst they have with them the Torah which contains the law (and judgment) of Allah. Yet they turn their backs even after that (you judge between them). And such people are not true believers (neither in the Qur'an nor in the Torah)
But how do they come to you for decision while they have the Taurat (Torah), in which is the (plain) Decision of Allah; yet even after that, they turn away. For they are not (really) believers

Why would (the scoffing Jews) come to (Prophet Muhammed) for judgment when they have the Torah before them? Therein is the command of Allah; yet, even after that, (these specific Jews) would backslide because they are not people of faith.
How can they choose you as a judge when they have the Torah, which contains Allah (God)'s judgment? Yet even then they will turn away, and such persons are not believers.

But is it not incredible that they should come to you for judgement when they have AL-Tawrah where Allah has laid down His law! Nevertheless, objections will be taken against your decision if it is not consonant with their desire. These are people who are not really a part of the faith
