And (there is) prohibition upon a city which We have destroyed, that they not will return.
Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways]
And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return
But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return
It is impossible for a society which We have destroyed to ever rise again,
No community that We have destroyed can possibly return
It is ordained that no nation We have destroyed shall ever rise again
And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return
And there is a ban on the town that We caused to perish. They will not return
Yet a ban has been placed on any town We have wiped out; they shall not return
And a ban is laid on town (those people) which We have destroyed, they shall not return again.
And it is forbidden unto any town We have destroyed that they should ever return
And it is banned for a town which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world any more and would have no chance to repent to Us)
It is not possible that a nation which We have destroyed may rise again
There is a ban on the town that We had destroyed—that they will not return
And it is prohibited for any town We have caused to perish that they will not return. (Literally: that they do not return to this world
The people whom We destroyed can never return to this worl
It is banned for (the people of) a town that We destroyed that they come bac
Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom Our Law has annihilated, that they would never return to glory (unless)
And forbidden it is for the town We have destroyed to bounce back
And there is a limitation on any population that We have destroyed: (And that is) that they shall not return
And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] retur
It is forbidden for a town that We destroy that they would return
No community destroyed by Us can escape its return
And a ban is laid on every town which We have destroyed, that they Shall not return
It is imperative that a habitation We have destroyed will not desist (from unbelief
There is a ban on any city We have destroyed; they will not return.
It is inconceivable that a community, the destruction of which We have decreed (because of their unbelief and irremediable sins), could return to faith, (nor a community which We destroyed should not come back to Us and then be returned to the world again so that they could believe and do good deeds)
It is forbidden for [the people of] any town that We have destroyed [to return to the world]: they shall not return
There is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed that they shall not return
And it is forbidden for (people of) a town that We destroyed it (to return), indeed they do not return
But there is a ban on any population which We have caused to perish, that they will not return
The communities We destroyed just couldn’t turn away from their evil ways
It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life
And it is forbidden for a town that We destroy, that they return!
And an injunction against any village/town that We have destroyed: they shall not return
And it is forbidden to a town, which We have destroyed that they return.
It is forbidden for any community we had annihilated to return.
(It is ordained that) no village We have destroyed shall retur
And it is forbidden to a town which We destroy: they shall not return
And forbidden on a village/urban city We made it die/destroyed it , that they do not return
I have forbidden a second chance to those people whose community was destroyed by the order of the Lord. They shall not return
And it is forbidden for any township which We have destroyed, that they may return. (Once the disbelievers face death, their return to earth is impossible.
And it is an inviolable law for a township which WE have destroyed that they shall not return
And it is not possible that the people of the town whom We destroyed will not return to Us (after death)
And it is not permissible to (the people of) a township whom We have destroyed to come back (to life of this world)
And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us)
There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not retur
An inviolable prohibition is laid on every city which We shall have destroyed
There is a ban upon a city which we have destroyed that they shall not return

It is not the end; the punishment We inflict on any town to reduce it to a useless form is certainly not the end nor does it mean that they will not rise again. They will rise, they have much to answer for and pay for their sinful deeds Hereafter
So whoever does works of righteousness while he is a believer, then there will be no rejection of his striving and We will certainly record it for him.
But there is a ban on any population which We have destroyed: that they shall not return
