waqālū ittakhadha l-raḥmānu waladan sub'ḥānahu bal ʿibādun muk'ramūn
And they say, "Has taken the Most Gracious a son." Glorified is He! Nay, (they are) slaves honored.
And [yet,] some say, “The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son”! Limitless is He in His glory! Nay, [those whom they regard as God’s “offspring” are but His] honoured servants
And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. Be He Glorified! Nay, but (those whom they call sons) are honoured slaves
And they say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten offspring." Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour
And they say, “The Most Compassionate has offspring!” Glory be to Him! In fact, those ˹angels˺ are only ˹His˺ honoured servants,
And yet, some say, "The Merciful-to-all has taken a son!" May He be exalted in His glory! " No! They are only His honored worshipers.
They say, The All Merciful has taken a son! Glory be to Him! They are only His honoured servants
And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken to Himself a son. Glory be to Him. Nay! they are honored servant
And they said: The Merciful took to Himself a son. Glory be to Him! Nay! Honored servants!
They say: "The Mercy-giving has adopted a son." Glory be to Him! Rather they are honored servants;
And (after receiving message still) they say: “The Gracious (Allah) has begotten a son.” Glory to Him! They (angels) are but honored servants.
And they say, “The Compassionate has taken a child.” Glory be to Him! Nay, but they are honored servants
And people said: 'Ar-Rahman has begotten a son’. Glory to Him. Nay! (They whom they regard as a son to Allah are) Ibad who have been bestowed honour (from Him)
In spite of receiving that message, they still say: "The Beneficent (Allah) has offspring!" Glory be to Him! The angels are but His honored servants
And they say, 'The Most Merciful has taken to himself a son.' Be He glorified; they are but honored servants
And they have said, "The All-Merciful has taken to Him a child." All Extolment be to Him. No indeed, they (i.e., the messengers) are honored bondmen
They said, "The Beneficent God has given birth to a son. He is too Exalted to give birth to a son." (Those whom they think are God's sons) are only His honorable servants
They said, .The RaHman (the All-Merciful, Allah) has taken children for Himself. Pure is He (from having children). They are but (His) honored servants
And some say, "The Beneficent has taken unto Himself a son. Glory to Him! Those whom they call His offspring are His servants raised in honor
They say, "Rehman has adopted a son!" Glorified is He! Rather, they are all (just His) honored servants
And they (disbelievers) say: "(Allah), the Most Gracious (Rahman) has begotten a son (child)." Glory to Him! They are (only) servants raised to honor
And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants
And they said: "The Almighty has taken a son!" Be He glorified, they are all but honoured servants
And they say, ‘The Lord of Mercy has taken offspring for Himself.’ May He be exalted! No! They are only His honoured servants
And they say; the Compaionate hath taken a son. Hallowed be He! aye! they are bondmen honoured
And yet they say: "Ar-Rahman has begotten a son." Too exalted is He! In fact, those (they call His sons) were His honoured votaries
They say, ´The All-Merciful has a son.´ Glory be to Him! No, they are honoured slaves!
Yet some say, "The All-Merciful has taken to Himself a child." All-Glorified He is (in that He is absolutely above doing such things). Rather, those (the angels, whom they regard as God’s offspring) are but His honored servants
They say, ‘The All-beneficent has taken offsprings.’ Immaculate is He! Rather they are [His] honoured servants
And they say, "The Beneficent has taken a son; glorified be He! Nay, but they are honoured servants
And they said: the beneficent took a child. He is flawless, rather they (the angels) are His honored servants
And they say, “God, the Merciful Benefactor has a son, glory be to him.” No, they are servants raised to honor
They said, “The Kind Lord has a child.” Glory to Him, they are honourable servants
They say: "The Most Compassionate Lord has taken to Himself a son." Glory be to Him! Those whom they so designate are only His honoured servants
Andthey said: "The Almighty has taken a son!" Be He glorified, they are all but honored servants.
And they say, "The Gracious One has begotten (angels)!" Glorified is He. Nay! They are His honoured worshippers
And they said, 'The Most Affectionate has taken for Himself a son', Holy is He. Nay they are bondmen honoured.
Yet, they said, "The Most Gracious has begotten a son!" Glory be to Him. All (messengers) are (His) honored servants.
They say 'The Merciful has taken a son. ' Exaltations to Him! No, they are only His honored worshipers
And they say: The Beneficent has taken to Himself a son. Glory be to Him! Nay, they are honoured servants -
And they said: "The merciful took/received a child (son) His praise/glory but honoured worshippers/slaves."
In spite of this, they say: “The Most Gracious has begotten a son!” Hi above all is the Lord (to beget a son through sexual act like the lower forms of life) All Prophets (including Jesus) are His dear servants
And they said, “The Most Gracious has chosen a son” - Purity is to Him! In fact they are honourable bondmen
And they say, `The Gracious God has taken to Himself a son.' Holy is HE. Nay, those whom they so designate are only HIS honoured servants
And they say: ‘The Most Kind (Lord) has taken (angels as His) children.’ Holy is He. Nay, (the angels whom they consider His children) are but (Allah’s) esteemed servants
And they say, `The Most Gracious (God) has taken to Himself a son.' Holy is He. Rather they (whom they so designate) are (only His) honoured servants
And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or children)." Glory to Him! They (those whom they call children of Allah i.e. the angels, Iesa (Jesus) son of Maryam (Mary), Uzair (Ezra), etc.), are but honoured slaves
They say:' 'The All-merciful has taken to Him a son.' Glory be to Him! Nay, but they are honoured servant
They say, the Merciful hath begotten issue; and the angels are his daughters. God forbid! They are his honoured servants
And they say, 'The Merciful has taken a son; celebrated be His praise!' - Nay, honoured servants
Yet they say, "The God of Mercy hath begotten issue from the angels." Glory be to Him! Nay, they are but His honoured servants
And they say: ‘The Merciful has begotten children.‘ God forbid! They are but His honoured servants
They say, “The Most Gracious has begotten a son.” Glory to Him! (Such “sons”) are only honored servants.
They say: "The Mercy-giving has adopted a son [of angels]." Glory be to Him! Rather they are honored servants;
They say: 'The Most Merciful has taken to Himself a son!' Limitless is He in His glory! No; they are but His honoured servants.
They said, “Rahman has taken a son”! Subhan He is! On the contrary, they (Jesus and the angels who they claim to be Allah’s daughters) are His honored servants.
And they say: �The Beneficent (Allah) has taken to Him a son.� Glory be to Him! Nay, but (angels) are (His) honoured servants
And they blasphemously say: " Allah has taken up, adopted or begotten a son. Glory be to Him and extolled are His glorious attributes, They -the angels- are but honoured and distinguished worshippers"
And We did not send any messenger before you but We communicated to him that, "There is no god except Me, so serve Me."
And they say: "(God) Most Gracious has begotten offspring." Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour
And they say, "Has taken the Most Gracious a son." Glorified is He! Nay, (they are) slaves honored
