And sought to seduce him she who, he (was) in her house from his self. And she closed the doors and she said, "Come on you." He said, "I seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, he (is) my lord (who has) made good my stay. Indeed, not will succeed the wrongdoers."
And [it so happened that] she in whose house he was living [conceived a passion for him and] sought to make him yield himself unto her; and she bolted the doors and said, "Come thou unto me!" [But Joseph] answered: "May God preserve me! Behold, goodly has my master made my stay [in this house]! Verily, to no good end come they that do [such] wrong!"
And she, in whose house he was, asked of him an evil act. She bolted the doors and said: Come! He said: I seek refuge in Allah! Lo! he is my lord, who hath treated me honourably. Lo! wrong-doers never prosper
But she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him from his (true) self: she fastened the doors, and said: "Now come, thou (dear one)!" He said: "Allah forbid! truly (thy husband) is my lord! he made my sojourn agreeable! truly to no good come those who do wrong!"
And the lady, in whose house he lived, tried to seduce him. She locked the doors ˹firmly˺ and said, “Come to me!” He replied, “Allah is my refuge! It is ˹not right to betray˺ my master, who has taken good care of me. Indeed, the wrongdoers never succeed.”
The woman in whose house he was living tried to seduce him; she bolted the doors and said, "Come to me." [Joseph] answered, "God forbid! My master has been good to me. No good can come of [such a] wrong."
However, the woman in whose house he lived, wanted to seduce him. One day she bolted the doors and said, Come! He replied, God forbid! Truly [your husband] is my master and has treated me honourably. Wrongdoers certainly never prosper
And she in whose house he was sought to make himself yield (to her), and she made fast the doors and said: Come forward. He said: I seek Allah's refuge, surely my Lord made good my abode: Surely the unjust do not prosper
And she in whose house he was solicited him, enticing him to evil. And she shut the doors and said: Come thou! He said: God be my safe place. Truly, he, thy husband, is my master and He gave me a goodly place of lodging. Truly, the ones who are unjust will not prosper.
However the woman in whose house he lived, wanted to seduce him. She bolted the doors and said: Come here, you!" He said: "God protect me! He is my Lord, the best shelter to hold on by. He does not let wrongdoers prosper.´
And she (wife of the master) sought to seduce (do evil act) him who was in her house. She closed the doors and said: “Come on, O you.” He said: “I seek refuge in Allah! Truly, he (your husband) is my master! He made my stay agreeable! Surely, the wrongdoers will not be successful.”
But she in whose house he was staying sought to lure him from himself. She locked the doors and said, “Come, thou!” He said, “God be my refuge! Truly He is my lord, and has made beautiful my accommodation. Verily the wrongdoers will not prosper!
And the lady in whose house he stayed seduced him against his inclination and she closed and bolted (all) the doors and she said: ‘Come along you! (It is) for you.’ (Yusuf) said “(I seek) protection proceeding from Allah; He is my Nourisher-Sustainer; He has made my place of stay honourable. Definitely, it (is that) the transgressors shall not prosper.”
Now, the lady of the house (his master's wife) attempted to seduce him. She bolted the doors and said: "Come!" He replied: "May Allah protect me from this! My lord has provided me with good residence. Should I betray his trust? Such wrongdoers shall not prosper."
She in whose house he was living tried to seduce him. She shut the doors, and said, 'I am yours.' He said, 'God forbid! He is my Lord. He has given me a good home. Sinners never succeed.'
And she in whose home he was solicited him, (Literally: she solicited him about himself) and bolted the doors (on them), and said, "Come! Everything is ready for you." (i.e., take me) He said, " Allah be my refuge! Surely he is my lord (i.e., your husband is my lord) who has given me the fairest of lodging. Surely the unjust (ones) do not prosper."
His master's wife then tried to seduce him. She locked the doors and said to him, "Come on." He said, "I seek refuge in God who has given me a good place of shelter. The unjust will certainly have no happiness."
And she, in whose house he was, seduced him towards herself, and bolted the doors, and said, .come on!. He said, .I seek refuge with Allah. Surely, he (your husband) is my master. He has given me a good lodging. Indeed, the wrongdoers do not prosper
The lady of the house, tried to seduce him. She closed the doors and said, "I am all yours." He said, "May Allah preserve me! My Sustainer has placed me in a station of balanced character. Those who displace moral values with temptation do not prosper."
Once, the lady of the house attempted to seduce him. She fastened the door and said, "Come to me!" He said, "I seek Allah´s refuge! My master has treated me very well!" Surely, the evil doers never prosper
But she (the wife) in whose house he was, wanted to (wrongfully mislead and) seduce him from his (noble and true) self: She closed the doors, and said: "Come on (to me), O you (dear one)!" He said: "I seek Allah’s help: (Allah forbid)! Truly he (your husband) is my lord! He made my stay (with you) comfortable! Truly, nothing good comes to those who do wrong!"
And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him. She closed the doors and said, "Come, you." He said, "[I seek] the refuge of Allah . Indeed, he is my master, who has made good my residence. Indeed, wrongdoers will not succeed."
And the woman, in whose house he was staying, attempted to seduce him away from himself. And she closed the doors and said: "I have prepared myself for you." He said: "I seek refuge with God, He is my Lord, He made good my residence; the wicked do not succeed."
The woman in whose house he was living tried to seduce him: she bolted the doors and said, ‘Come to me,’ and he replied, ‘God forbid! My master has been good to me; wrongdoers never prosper.’
And she in whose house he was, solicited him against himself; and she fastened the doors, and said: come on, O thou! He said: Allah be my refuge: verily he is my lord; he hath made me a goodly dwelling; verily the wrong-doers fare not well
But she in whose house he resided wished to seduce him and, closing the doors, said: "Come into me. "God forbid!" he said; "he is my master who has approved my stay. Surely those who act wrongly do not prosper."
The woman whose house it was solicited him. She barred the doors and said, ´Come over here!´ He said, ´Allah is my refuge! He is my lord and has been good to me with where I live. Those who do wrong will surely not succeed.´
And the woman in whose house he was living sought to enjoy herself by him. She bolted the doors and said, "Come, please!" He said: "God forbid! My lord (your husband) has given me honorable, good lodging. Assuredly, wrongdoers never prosper."
The woman in whose house he was solicited him. She closed the doors and said, ‘Come!!’ He said, ‘God forbid! Indeed He is my Lord; He has given me a good abode. Indeed the wrongdoers are not felicitous.’
And she, in whose house he was, desired to seduce him for his person (or body, or away from his true self); and she locked the doors and said, "Come you (to me)!" Said he, "I seek refuge in Allah (Allah forbid)! Verily, he (your husband) i
And she, in whose house he was, wanted to seduce him (to lie with him), and she locked the doors and said: come here. He said: may God protect me, indeed He is my Master and He made my place good, indeed the wrongdoers do not succeed
But she in whose house he stayed, sought to seduce him from himself. She locked the doors and said, “Come now.” He said, “God forbid, truly he is my lord. He made my sojourn comfortable. Truly no good comes to those who do wrong.
The lady in whose house he was living tried to seduce him, bolting the doors and saying, “Come here!” “Allah forbid! He said, “My master has given me a good home, and, in any case, wrongdoers never succeed.”
And it so happened that the lady in whose house Joseph was living, sought to tempt him to herself, and one day bolting the doors she said: "Come on now!" Joseph answered: "May Allah grant me refuge! My Lord has provided an honourable abode for me (so how can I do something so evil)? Such wrong-doers never prosper."
Andthe woman, in whose house he was staying, attempted to seduce him away from himself. And she closed the doors and said: "I have prepared myself for you." He said: "I seek refuge with God, He is my Lord, He has made good my stay; the wicked do not succeed."
And she, in whose house he lived, solicited him, closed the doors and said, "Come on!" He said, "I seek Allah's protection. My master has indeed given me good shelter. Those who do wrong shall indeed not prosper."
And she, in whose house he was, allured him lest he may control his self. And bolted all the doors, and she said, 'Comes I say to you.' He said, 'Allah be my refuge that Aziz is my lord that is to say nourisher. He has kept me very well. No doubt, the unjust never prosper.
The lady of the house where he lived tried to seduce him. She closed the doors and said, "I am all yours." He said, "May GOD protect me. He is my Lord, who gave me a good home. The transgressors never succeed."
And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him and closed the doors saying: 'Come! ' 'In Allah is my refuge! ' he replied. 'My Lord has made my dwelling a good one. Harmdoers never prosper.
And she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him, and made fast the doors and said: Come. He said: Allah forbid! Surely my Lord made good my abode. The wrongdoers never prosper
And who (F) he is in her house/home seduced/enticed him from himself, and she closed/shut the doors/entrances, and said: "Come/come here ." He said: "I seek protection (of) God, that He is my Lord, He did good/beautified my residence/home , that He does not make the unjust/oppressive succeed/win."
One day, the lady of the house (who had gradually been fallen in love with Joseph) tried to seduce him. She locked the doors and said: “I am all yours.” Joseph replied: “I seek refuge in Lord; the One who has raised me in such a nice home. The Lord never let the unjust people (such as a person who has been treated nicely in a house and then develop a sinful relationship with the land lord’s wife) to succeed.”
And the woman in whose house he was, allured him not to restrain himself and she closed all the doors - and said, "Come! It is you I address!"; he said, "(I seek) The refuge of Allah - indeed the governor is my master - he treats me well; undoubtedly the unjust never prosper."
And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him against his will. And she bolted the doors, and said, `Now come.' He said, `I seek refuge with ALLAH. HE is my Lord. HE has made my stay with you honourable. Verily, the wrongdoers never prosper.
And the woman (Zulaykha), in whose house he was putting up, sought intensely to seduce him and she bolted the doors (as well) and said: ‘Come! Make haste! (I ask you.)’ Yusuf (Joseph) said: ‘I seek Allah’s refuge. Surely, he (your husband) is my master. He has kept me most honourably. Indeed, the wrongdoers will not prosper.
Now the woman in whose house he was (putting up) sought to seduce him against his will and she bolted the doors well and said, `Now come, I am ready to receive you.' He (- Joseph) said, `(How can it be possible,) I seek refuge with Allah, He alone is my Lord. He has made my stay (with you) honourable. Verily, the wrong doers never flourish.
And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him (to do an evil act), she closed the doors and said: "Come on, O you." He said: "I seek refuge in Allah (or Allah forbid)! Truly, he (your husband) is my master! He made my stay agreeable! (So I will never betray him). Verily, the Zalimoon (wrong and evil-doers) will never be successful."
Now the woman in whose house he was solicited him, and closed the doors on them. 'Come,' she said, 'take me!' 'God be my refuge,' he said. 'Surely my lord has given me a goodly lodging. Surely the evildoers do not prosper
And she, in whose house he was, desired him to lie with her; and she shut the doors and said, come hither. He answered, God forbid! Verily my lord hath made my dwelling with Him easy; and the ungrateful shall not prosper
And she in whose house he was desired him for his person; and she locked the doors and said, 'Come along with thee!' Said he, 'Refuge in God! verily, my Lord has made good my abiding here; verily, the wrong-doers shall not prosper.
And she in whose house he was conceived a passion for him, and she shut the doors and said, "Come hither." He said, "God keep me! Verily, my lord hath given me a good home: and the injurious shall not prosper."
The woman in whose house he served attempted to seduce him. She bolted the doors and said: ‘Come!‘ ‘God forbid!‘ he replied. ‘My lord has treated me with kindness. Wrongdoers shall never prosper.‘
The woman of the house tried to seduce him against his will. She latched the doors and said, “Come to me.” He said, “I seek refuge in Allah! Truly, He is my Lord. He made my stay successful. Truly, no good comes to those who sin.”
However the woman in whose house he lived, wanted to seduce him. She bolted the doors and said: Come here, you!" He said: "Allah (God) protect me! He is my Lord, the best shelter to hold on by. He does not let wrongdoers prosper.'
She in whose house he was living tried to seduce him. She bolted the doors and said, 'Come.' He said: 'God protect me. Goodly has my master made my stay here. Those who do wrong come to no good.'
The woman in whose house Joseph lived sought to seduce him. She firmly closed the doors and said, “I am yours, come”... (Joseph) refused and said, “I seek refuge in Allah! Indeed, he (your husband) is my master, he gave me my possessions. Indeed, the wrongdoers will not succeed.”
And the woman, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him from his self and she closed the doors and said: 'Come here'. He said 'I seek refuge in Allah! Verily He is my Lord. He made good my abode. Verily the unjust do not prosper'.
The lady of the house -wife of the high official- where he lived, tried to induce him to surrender his chastity; she closed the doors and said to him: "Come to me". But he said: "Allah forbid, He is my Creator; He has been kind to me, He delivered me from harm and gave me a good home and my master gave me a hearty welcome and a hospitable reception in his house; no, but never shall heaven prosper the wrongful of actions."
And she, in whose house he was, sought (to make) him yield to herself (for an evil act) and she closed the doors and said, “Come here.” He said, “I seek the protection of Allah, He, my Fosterer, has certainly given me a good home, certainly the unjust are not successful.”
But she in whose house he was, sought to seduce him from his (true) self: she fastened the doors, and said: "Now come, thou (dear one)!" He said: "God forbid! truly (thy husband) is my lord! he made my sojourn agreeable! truly to no good come those who do wrong!"
And sought to seduce him she who, he (was) in her house from his self. And she closed the doors and she said, "Come on you." He said, "I seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, he (is) my lord (who has) made good my stay. Indeed, not will succeed the wrongdoers.
