| Arabic | | إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ فَعَسَىٰ أُولَٰئِكَ أَن يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِين |  |

| and gives | waātā | وَءَاتَى | ا ت ى | |
| the zakah | l-zakata | الزَّكَوةَ | ز ك و | |
| Then perhaps | faʿasā | فَعَسَى | ع س ى | |
| those, | ulāika | أُولَئِكَ | ا و ل ا ء | |
| they are | yakūnū | يَكُونُوا | ك و ن | |
