| Arabic | | وَالسَّابِقُونَ الْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالْأَنصَارِ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُم بِإِحْسَانٍ رَّضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي تَحْتَهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيم |  |

| And the forerunners, | wal-sābiqūna | وَالسَّابِقُونَ | س ب ق | |
| the first | l-awalūna | الْأَوَّلُونَ | ا و ل | |
| the emigrants | l-muhājirīna | الْمُهَاجِرِينَ | ه ج ر | |
| and the helpers | wal-anṣāri | وَالْأَنْصَارِ | ن ص ر | |
| and those who | wa-alladhīna | وَالَّذِينَ | ا ل ل ذ ى | |
| followed them | ittabaʿūhum | اتَّبَعُوهُمْ | ت ب ع | |
| in righteousness, | bi-iḥ'sānin | بِإِحْسَانٍ | ح س ن | |
| is pleased | raḍiya | رَضِيَ | ر ض و | |
| with them, | ʿanhum | عَنْهُمْ | ع ن | |
| and they are pleased | waraḍū | وَرَضُوا | ر ض و | |
| And He has prepared | wa-aʿadda | وَأَعَدَّ | ع د د | |
| Gardens | jannātin | جَنَّاتٍ | ج ن ن | |
| underneath it | taḥtahā | تَحْتَهَا | ت ح ت | |
| the rivers, | l-anhāru | الْأَنْهَارُ | ن ه ر | |
| will abide | khālidīna | خَالِدِينَ | خ ل د | |
| forever. | abadan | أَبَدًا | ا ب د | |
| (is) the success | l-fawzu | الْفَوْزُ | ف و ز | |
| the great. | l-ʿaẓīmu | الْعَظِيمُ | ع ظ م | |
