Whoever does what is just and right, does so for his own good; and whoever does evil, does so to his own hurt; and in the end unto your Sustainer you all will be brought back
If any one does a righteous deed, it ensures to the benefit of his own soul; if he does evil, it works against (his own soul). In the end will ye (all) be brought back to your Lord
Whoever does what is just and right, does so for his own good; and whoever does evil, does so to his own detriment, and you shall all return to your Lord
Whosoever works righteousness, it is for his own soul. And whosoever commits evil, it is to the detriment thereof. Then unto your Lord shall you be returned

'Amale Su' = Destabilize someone = Hurting others = Causing imbalance = Promoting injustice and inequity)
Whosoever does a rightful deed, it works to help his own soul; Whosoever does evil, it works against (his own soul). In the end will you (all) be brought back to your Lord

Controversial, deprecated, or status undetermined works
If you do a good deed, your soul will benefit from it and if you do an evil deed, you will bear its burden. You will all return one Day to face your Lord

Whoever does a good deed, so it is for his own good; and whoever commits evil, does for his own harm; and you will then be returned towards your Lord

He who does what is right does it for his own gain, and he who does evil does so at his own loss, then to your Lord you shall all return
He who does good, does it for (the good of) his own soul and he who does evil (the sad consequences of it) shall befall him, (for, after all) you will be brought back to your Lord

Whoever does a righteous deed benefits his/her own soul. Whoever does evil works against (his/her own soul). In the finale, you will return to your Lord.
Whoever does a deed of faith, it is for his own sake! And whoever does a bad deed, it is against his own self! To your Rabb you will be returned in the end!
Al-muntakhab fi tafsir al-Qur'an al-Karim
He who does what effects a good purpose and what is consonant with equity, and his deeds are imprinted with wisdom and piety will have benefited his own soul, and he who is wrongful of actions and instills evil in his works will have lost his own soul; then ultimately to Allah, your Creator, shall all of you be brought back
One who does righteous work, then it is for (the benefit of) his own soul and one who does evil then (the harm of it) is on him alone, then towards your Fosterer will you be returned.
