Arabic		وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانً
Transliteration		Waallatheena itha thukkiroo bi-ayati rabbihim lam yakhirroo AAalayha summan waAAumyanan
Transliteration-2		wa-alladhīna idhā dhukkirū biāyāti rabbihim lam yakhirrū ʿalayhā ṣumman waʿum'yāna
Word for Word Dr. Shehnaz Shaikh, Ms. Kauser Katri, and more		And those who, when they are reminded of (the) Verses (of) their Lord, (do) not fall upon them deaf and blind.

Muhammad Asad		and who, whenever they are reminded of their Sustainer’s messages, do not throw themselves upon them [as if] deaf and blind
