And [know that true servants of God are only] those who never bear witness to what is false, and [who], whenever they pass by [people engaged in] frivolity, pass on with dignity
And (those true servants of the All-Merciful are they) who do not take part in and bear witness to any vanity or falsehood, (and who will not deem anything true unless they know it to be so for certain), and when they happen to pass by anything vain and useless, pass by it with dignity
And those who will not witness vanity (frivolous, foolish, ignorant, futile and useless things, falsehood); and when they pass by vain (frivolous, foolish, futile, ignorant, false) discourse, pass by with dignity
(And the servants of the Merciful are those:) who do not bear witness to falsehood and who; if they have ever to pass by what is vain, pass by like dignified people

And those who do not bear false witness and when they encounter the useless (acts and talks) they pass by it honorably
And they (human beings obedient to the Gracious One) are those who do not give false evidence, and when they pass by frivolity, they pass by with dignity
Controversial, deprecated, or status undetermined works
And these are the people who do not attend (both verbally and practically) the false and untruthful matters, and when they pass by evil activities, they pass on (observing caution) with utmost nobility and dignity

They are those who never bear false witness... When they encounter rumors and empty discourse, they pass by with dignity.

And those who witness no falsehood, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly

f) The worshippers who do not give false evidence nor listen to it, and should they come upon someone whose mouth is full of loud futilities or upon people indulging in personal vanities or in a discourse as futile in effect as it is feeble in principle, they pass by withdrawing nicely and with self- sustained dignity
