Arabic		وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامً
Transliteration		Waallatheena itha anfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalika qawaman
Transliteration-2		wa-alladhīna idhā anfaqū lam yus'rifū walam yaqturū wakāna bayna dhālika qawāma

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		and who, whenever they spend on others, are neither wasteful nor niggardly but [remember that] there is always a just mean between those [two extremes]
