One Who - to Him (belongs) (the) dominion (of) the heavens and the earth, and not He has taken a son, and not He has for Him a partner in the dominion and He (has) created every thing, and determined it (with) determination.

He to whom the dominion over the heavens and the earth belongs, and who begets no offspring, and has no partner in His dominion: for it is He who creates every thing and determines its nature in accordance with [His own] design
He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, He hath chosen no son nor hath He any partner in the Sovereignty. He hath created everything and hath meted out for it a measure
