Waw-Sad-Ba
General Root Meaning
to be perpetual, incumbent, be firm, last, continue.
Waasibun (act. pic. m. sing.): perpetual, lasting.
Waasiban (act. pic. m. sing. acc.): perpetual, forever, lasting.
   wāṣibun   (1)

37:9
Repelled; and for them (is) a punishment perpetual,

   wāṣiban   (1)

16:52
And to Him (belongs) whatever (is) in the heavens and the earth and to Him (is due) the worship constantly. Then is it other (than) Allah you fear?
