to be devout, obedient, fully and wholeheartedly in all humility to stand long in prayer. qanitun - one who is fully, wholehearted and in all humility devout and obedient.

The patient and the truthful and the obedient and those who spend and those who seek forgiveness [in the] before dawn.

33:35

And whoever is obedient among you to Allah and His Messenger and does righteousness, We will give her her reward twice; and We have prepared for her a provision noble.
