Not on the weak and not on the sick and not on those who not they find what they (can) spend any blame if they (are) sincere to Allah and His Messenger. Not (is) on the good-doers any way (for blame). And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

These are excused to stay at home provided they are sincere with Allah and His Messenger, for the sincere shall always find acceptance with Allah These may contribute to the divine cause in their own way if and when they can. Allah is Ghafurun and Rahimun
