And (the) Day will (be) established the Hour will swear the criminals not they remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded.
[He it is who will cause you to die, and in time will resurrect you.] And when the Last Hour dawns, those who had been lost in sin will swear that they had not tarried [on earth] longer than an hour: thus were they wont to delude themselves [all their lives]
And on the day when the Hour riseth the guilty will vow that they did tarry but an hour - thus were they ever deceived
On the Day that the Hour (of Reckoning) will be established, the transgressors will swear that they tarried not but an hour: thus were they used to being deluded
And on the Day the Hour will arrive, the wicked will swear that they did not stay ˹in this world˺ more than an hour. In this way they were always deluded ˹in the world˺.
On the Day the Hour comes, those who forced others to reject God's messages will swear they had idled [on earth] for only an hour, for they had always deluded themselves,
On the Day the Last Hour arrives, the evil-doers will swear they have not even tarried for an hourthey have always been delude

On the Day when the Hour (of Judgment) will be established, the criminals will swear that they did not stay (in the world) but an Hour, thus they are ever deluded (away from truth).
And on the Day when the Hour is come, the guilty will swear that they had tarried naught but an hour; thus were they perverted
And the Day the Hour establishes (itself), the criminals will swear that they stayed not other than an hour. Thus they used to tell lies
On the Day when the Hour of Judgement will be established, the criminals will swear that they did not stay in this world more than an hour; thus are they ever deluded
On the Day when the Hour takes place, the sinners will swear they had stayed but an hour. Thus they were deluded
And on the Day when the Hour comes upright, the criminals will swear (that) in no way did they linger except (Literally: other than) for an hour; thus they were diverged (from truth) into falsehood
On the day when the Hour of Doom comes, the criminals will swear that they have remained (in their graves) for no more than an hour. They had been inventing lies in this way
And on the Day when the Hour (Qiyamah : the Day of Judgement) will take place, the sinners will swear that they did not remain (in the graves) more than one hour. In the similar way they used to be contrary (to truth in their worldly life)
(Since your life is short, your time is precious.) On the Day when the Hour rises, the guilty will swear that they lived in this world no more than an hour, (and that they didn't have time to reform). In fact they were wandering aimlessly through life
The criminals will swear on the day the hour (of Judgment) is held, that they stayed (dead) for just a brief while. Thus (in their lives, too) they were deceived
And on the Day that the Hour (of Judgment) will be (finally) set, those who exceeded the limits will swear that they idled away no longer an hour like this they were used to being fooled
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded
And the Day the Hour is established, the criminals will swear that they have remained only for an hour! Thus they were deluded
On the Day the Hour comes, the guilty will swear they lingered no more than an hour- they have always been deluded
And on the Day whereon the Hour arriveth, the Culprits Will swear that they tarried not but an hour: Thus Were they ever deluded
The day Resurrection is set the sinners will swear: "We did not tarry more than an hour (and cannot be guilty)." That is how they have always been deceived
On the Day the Last Hour arrives, the evildoers will swear they have not even tarried for an hour. That is the extent to which they are deceived.
When the Last Hour stands forth and the Judgment is established, the disbelieving criminals swear that they stayed in the world no longer than a short while (of the day). Thus were they habitually turned away from the truth, (having always depended on their sense-perceptions, false reasoning and defective knowledge)
And on the day when the Hour sets in the guilty will swear that they had remained only for an hour. That is how they were used to lying [in the world]
And on the day when the Hour shall come, the guilty shall swear that they did not tarry but an hour - thus are they ever deceived
And on a day that the hour establishes, the guilty ones swear that they only stayed (dead) for an hour. That is how they used to deviate
On the day that the Hour of reckoning will be established, the transgressors will swear that they stayed only an hour. So were they used to being deluded
The Day the Final Hour comes, the sinners will swear they lingered no more than a short while in their graves; that is how they were deceived.
On that Day when the Hour will come to pass the wicked shall swear that they had stayed (in the world) no more than an hour. Thus they used to be deceived in the life of the world
And the Day the Hour is established, the criminals will swear that they have remained only for an hour! Thus they were deluded
On the Day the Hour dawns, the criminals will swear they stayed not (in the earth) but an hour. Thus were they deluded
And the day when the Hour shall be established, the culprits will swear, that they tarried not but an hour. Thus, they were turned down.
On the day when the Hour comes to pass, the guilty will swear that they lasted (in this world) only one hour. That is how wrong they were.
Upon the Day when the Hour has come, the harmdoers will swear that they had stayed no more than an hour. As such they are deceived
And the day when the Hour comes, the guilty will swear: They did not tarry but an hour. Thus are they ever turned away
And a day/time the Hour/Resurrection starts the criminals/sinners swear/make oath (that) they did stay/remain except an hour, as/like that, they were being lied to/turned away
When man is resurrected, the wrongdoers swear that their whole life was not more than an hour long! For the same token, they were wrong in other perceptions of theirs [about other matters that they used to deny as they did not have any understanding of what the truth is all about.]
And on the day when the Last Day is established, the guilty will swear that they did not stay except for an hour; this is how they keep straying
And on the day when the appointed Hour shall arrive, the guilty will swear that they tarried not save a brief period - thus are they turned away from the right path
And the Day when the Last Hour is established, the evildoers will swear they did not stay (in the world) for more than an hour. They used to turn back (from truth) in the same manner (in the world as well)
And on the day when the Hour shall arrive (and the Resurrection takes place) the guilty will swear that they stayed (in the world) for not more than a very brief period. Just as they had been turned away (from the right way so they will be turned away from Allah's protection on that day)
And on the Day that the Hour will be established, the Mujrimoon (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) will swear that they stayed not but an hour, thus were they ever deluded (away from the truth (i.e they used to tell lies and take false oaths, and turn away from the truth) in this life of the world))
Upon the day when the Hour is come, the sinners shall swear they have not tarried above an hour; so they were perverted
On the day whereon the last hour shall come, the wicked will swear that they have not tarried above an hour: In like manner did they utter lies in their life-time
And on the day when the Hour shall rise, the sinners shall swear that they have not tarried save an hour; thus were they wont to lie
And on the day whereon the Hour shall arrive, the wicked will swear. That not above an hour have they waited: Even so did they utter lies on earth
On the day the Hour strikes, the wrongdoers will swear that they had lingered but one hour. Thus are they ever deceived
On the day the hour will be established, the sinners will swear that they tarried [in death] only an hour. They were so deluded!
Some day the Hour will be established when criminals will swear they have been hanging around for only an hour. Thus they have (always) shrugged things off!

At that hour (death) the guilty will swear they did not remain (in the bodily life) for more than an hour... Thus they were deluded (a day in the sight of your Rabb is a thousand years of bodily life).
And on the Day that the Hour (of Judgment) will be established, the guilty will swear that they tarried not but an hour; thus were they used to being deluded
And the Day when the Final Hour has come to pass, the wicked steeped in crime shall swear they only reposed for an hour. And just as they shall make the wrong estimate of time, similarly they will have done in life, they wrongly estimate the truth and they favour declination from religion
And on the day the hour of doom will be established, the criminals will swear that they did not for more than an hour, thus they used to be turned away (from truth).
On the Day that the Hour (of Reckoning) will be established, the transgressors will swear that they tarried not but an hour: thus were they used to being deluded
