Those who remember Allah standing, and sitting and on their sides and they reflect on (the) creation (of) the heavens and the earth, "Our Lord, not You have created this (in) vain. Glory be to You, so save us (from the) punishment (of) the Fire.
[and] who remember God when they stand, and when they sit, and when they lie down to sleep, and [thus] reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: "O our Sustainer! Thou hast not created [aught of] this without meaning and purpose. Limitless art Thou in Thy glory! Keep us safe, then, from suffering through fire

Men and women of understanding keep learning how Allah's Laws are operational in the Universe. While standing, sitting and on their sides, whatever state they are in, they observe and reflect upon the wonders of Allah's creation in the heavens and the earth, in the Highs and the Lows. They exclaim, "Our Lord! You did not create all this in vain, be You glorified! Save us from the retribution of the Fire." As the humans harness the Universal Laws, coupled with adopting the Divine Value System, they shall move away from hell and get closer to establishing a Paradise on earth (45:13-14)

[At awe with cosmos,] They talk to God standing, sitting and lying down and say: “Lord, you have not created this awesome universe in vain; praise the Lord. May you save us from the torment of the Hellfire.”

You are (impeccably) Pure (of all shortcomings and obligations). So protect us from the torment of Hell

You are Subhan (free from creating meaningless things; you are in a state of creating anew at every instant)! Protect us from burning (remorse for not being able to duly evaluate your manifestations).”
Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting and lying on their sides, and mediate on the creation of the heavens and the earth, (seriously saying) ' Our Lord! You have not created (all) this in vain! Glory be to you! Save us then from the torment of the Fire '
They think of Allah with reverent feeling, standing, sitting and lying on their sides and ponder and meditate the infinite creation of the Heavens and the Earth. They interpret their thoughts in words of an invocatory prayer: "O Allah, our Creator, the One and only Ilah they say, You did not bring all this into being and caused it to exist to no effect or purpose. Glory be to You and extolled are Your glorious attributes. We beseech You to ensure us immunity from the torment of the Fire"
