waʿallamnāhu ṣanʿata labūsin lakum lituḥ'ṣinakum min basikum fahal antum shākirūn
And We taught him (the) making (of) coats of armor for you to protect you from your battle. Then will you (be) grateful?
And We taught him how to make garments [of God- consciousness] for you, [O men,] so that they might fortify you against all that may cause you fear: but are you grateful [for this boon]
And We taught him the art of making garments (of mail) to protect you in your daring. Are ye then thankful
It was We Who taught him the making of coats of mail for your benefit, to guard you from each other's violence: will ye then be grateful
We taught him the art of making body armour to protect you in battle. Will you then be grateful?
And We taught him to fashion coats of armor to protect you from your [enemy in] battle. But are you grateful?
We taught him the art of making coats of mail for you, to protect you in battle. Will you then give thanks
And We taught him the making of coats of mail for you, that they might protect you in your wars; will you then be grateful
We taught him the art of making garments of chain mail for you to fortify you from your violence. Will you, then, be ones who are thankful?
We taught him how to manufacture coats [of mail] for you, to protect you from your own violence. Yet are you ever grateful?
And We taught him to make metal coats of mail (for battles) for you to protect you in your fighting. Yet, are you grateful?
And We taught him how to make garments for you to protect you against your own might, but are you thankful
And We taught him the industry of (military) uniforms (and war-apparels) for you people so that it may give you protection against your war. So are you grateful
We taught him the armor’s craft, so that they might protect you in your wars: yet are you ever grateful
And We taught him the making of shields for you, to protect you from your violence. Are you, then, appreciative
And We taught him the working out of clothing (i.e., coat of mail) for you to fortify you against your violence; then are you thankful
We taught him the art of making coats of mail so that you could protect yourselves during a war. Will you then give thanks
We taught him the skill of making armor as dress for you to protect you from what may harm you (in combat). So are you grateful
We taught him the science of armor to protect you from each other's foolhardy violence. Are you then thankful
It was We Who taught him the art of making metal armors for you, so you may shield yourself during battles. But then, are you grateful
And We Who taught him how to make (metallic) coats with (overlapping) rings for your use, to protect you from each other’s attack: Then will you be grateful
And We taught him the fashioning of coats of armor to protect you from your [enemy in] battle. So will you then be grateful
And We taught him the making of armour for you to protect you from your enemy. Are you then thankfu
We taught him how to make coats of mail for the benefit of you [people], to protect you in your wars, but are you grateful for this
And We taught him the art of making the coats of mail for you that it may protect you from your violence; are ye then thankful
And We taught him the art of making coats of mail to shield you from each other's violence. Will you not be grateful even then
We taught him the art of making garments for you to protect you against each others´ violence, But do you show any thanks?
And We taught him the art of making iron coats-of-mail so that they might fortify you from the violence of war. So, are you (really people who are) thankful
We taught him the making of coats of mail for you, to protect you from your [own] violence. Will you then be grateful
And We taught him the art of making coats of mail for you, to shield you from each other´s violence; are you then grateful
And We taught him making of armored coats for you in order to protect you from each others' violence (in your wars), so will you be thankful
It was We Who taught him the making of armor for your benefit, to guard you from violence. Will you then be grateful
We taught him how to make coats of armour, so that you can protect yourself from others. Will you be thankful for this?
It was We Who taught him the art of making coats of mail for your benefit so that it may protect you from each other´s violence. Do you, then, give thanks
AndWe taught him the making of armor for you to protect you from your enemy. Are you then thankful?
And We taught him (David) how to make for you armours that fortify you in your battles. Are you then grateful?
And We taught him the making of garments for you so that it may protect you against your violence; will you then be grateful?
And we taught him the skill of making shields to protect you in war. Are you then thankful?
We taught him the craft of making garments that fortify you against your own violence. Are you thankful
And We taught him the making of coats of mail for you, to protect you in your wars; will you then be grateful
And We taught/instructed him a trade/skill/craft (of) clothes/shields for you, to fortify/protect you from your hardship in war, so are you thankful/grateful
I taught David the art of making Armor coat so that you (inherit it and) protect yourself in fighting. Do you ever thank for it
And We taught him to make a garment for you, to protect you from your hurt; so will you be thankful
And WE taught him the making of coats of mail for you, that they might protect you from each other's violence in your battles. Will you then be grateful
And We taught Dawud (David) the art of making the coats of mail for you to protect you from injury in your battle. Are you then grateful
And We taught him (the art of) making coats of mail for you (people), that they designed to fortify you against (one another's) violence (in your wars). Will you then be grateful
And We taught him the making of metal coats of mail (for battles), to protect you in your fighting. Are you then grateful
And We taught him the fashioning of garments for you, to fortify you against your violence; then are you thankful
And We taught him the art of making coats of mail for you, that they may defend you in your wars: Will ye therefore be thankful
And we taught him the art of making coats of mail for you, to shield you from each other's violence; are ye then grateful
And we taught David the art of making mail for you, to defend you from each other's violence: will ye therefore be thankful
We taught him the armourer‘s craft, so that you might have protection in your wars. Will you then give thanks

And We taught Dawud the art of making coats of arms for people's protection to defend you from injury and to shield you from the violence exercised against each other. And now will you impel yourselves to the feeling of gratitude and gratefulness
So We made Sulaiman to understand it, and to each We gave wisdom and knowledge, and We compelled the mountains and the birds to glorify (Us) with Dawood, and it was We Who did (that).

And We taught him (the) making (of) coats of armor for you to protect you from your battle. Then will you (be) grateful
