falammā an jāa l-bashīru alqāhu ʿalā wajhihi fa-ir'tadda baṣīran qāla alam aqul lakum innī aʿlamu mina l-lahi mā lā taʿlamūn
Then when [that] arrived the bearer of glad tidings, he cast it over his face, then returned (his) sight. He said, "Did not I say to you, indeed, I [I] know from Allah what not you know?"
But when the bearer of good tidings came [with Joseph's tunic], he laid it over his face; and he regained his sight, [and] exclaimed: "Did I not tell you, `Verily, I know, from God, something that you do not know'?"
Then, when the bearer of glad tidings came, he laid it on his face and he became a seer once more. He said: Said I not unto you that I know from Allah that which ye know not
Then when the bearer of the good news came, He cast (the shirt) over his face, and he forthwith regained clear sight. He said: "Did I not say to you, 'I know from Allah that which ye know not?'"
But when the bearer of the good news arrived, he cast the shirt over Jacob’s face, so he regained his sight. Jacob then said ˹to his children˺, “Did I not tell you that I truly know from Allah what you do not know?”
But when the bearer of good news came [with Joseph's shirt], he laid it over his face, and he regained his sight, and said, "Did I not tell you, 'I know, from God, something that you do not know'?"
But when the bearer of the good news arrived and cast the shirt on Jacobs face, his eyesight returned and he said, Did I not tell you that I know from God what you do not know
So when the bearer of good news came he cast it on his face, so forthwith he regained his sight. He said: Did I not say to you that I know from Allah what you do not know
Then, when the bearer of good tidings drew near, he cast it over his face and he went back, seeing. He said: Did I not say to you, truly, I know from God what you know not?
When an advance rider came, he threw it over his face, and his sight was restored. He said: "Did I not tell you that through God I know something that you do not know?"
Then when the bearer of the glad tidings arrived, he cast it (the shirt) over his face, and he became clear-sighted. He (father) said: “Did I not say to you, surely I know from Allah what you don’t know?”
And when the bearer of glad tidings came, he cast it upon his face and he was restored to sight. He said, “Did I not say unto you that I know from God that which you know not?
Then when the bearer of the happy news arrived, he cast it (ie, the shirt) over his face, then and there he reverted to one who can see clearly. He said: “Did I not say to you, ‘surely I know from Allah what you do not know.”
But when the bearer of the good news arrived, he cast the shirt of Joseph over his face and he regained his sight. Then he said: "Didn’t I tell you that I know from Allah what you do not know?"
Then, when the bearer of good news arrived, he laid it over his face, and he regained his sight. He said, 'Did I not say to you that I know from God what you do not know?'
Then, as soon as the bearer of good tidings (actually) came, he cast it on his face; so he turned back a beholder once again. (i.e., He regained his eyesight) He said, "Did I not say to you that surely I know from Allah what you do not know.
When someone brought him the glad news, Joseph's shirt was placed on his face and his eye-sight was restored, he said, "Did I not tell you that I know about God that which you do not know?"
So, when came the man with good news, he put it (the shirt) on his face, and he turned into a sighted man. He (Ya‘qub) said, .Did I not tell you that I know from Allah what you do not know?
The caravan arrived in Canaan and the good news was given to Jacob. When Joseph's royal shirt was shown to Jacob, he was delighted and his eyes saw the reality. He said, "Didn't I tell you that I know from Allah what you know not ?"
The bearer of good news arrived and placed the shirt over his face. His sight was restored forthwith. Said, "Did I not tell you? I know that about Allah, which you do not know."
Then when the bearer of the good news came, he put (the shirt) over his (Jacobs) face, and he right away regained clear sight. He said: "Did I not tell you, ‘I know from Allah what you do not know?’"
And when the bearer of good tidings arrived, he cast it over his face, and he returned [once again] seeing. He said, "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah that which you do not know?"
Then, when the bearer of good news came, he cast it over his face and he returned clear with sight. He said: "Did I not tell you that I know from God what you do not know"
Then, when the bearer of good news came and placed the shirt on to Jacob’s face, his eyesight returned and he said, ‘Did I not tell you that I have knowledge from God that you do not have?’
Then, when the bringer of the glad tidings came, he cast it upon his face and he became clear-sighted. He said: said I not unto you, verily I know from Allah that which ye know not
Then, as the harbinger of happy news arrived and put the garment over his face his eyesight was restored. He said: "Did I not tell you? I know from God what you do not know."
But when the bringer of the good news came, he cast it on his face and sight returned. He said, ´Did I not say to you before, I know things from Allah you do not know?´
But when the bearer of the good tidings came (with Joseph’s shirt), Jacob laid it over his face and he regained his sight. (Soon the caravan of the brothers reached home.) Jacob said: "Did I not tell you that I know from God what you do not know?"
When the bearer of good news arrived, he cast it on his face, and he regained his sight. He said, ‘Did I not tell you, ‘‘I know from Allah what you do not know?’’ ’
And when the herald of glad tidings (Judah) came he threw it on his face, and he was restored to clear sight (became a seer). Said he, "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah that of which you know not
So when the giver of good news came, he threw it over his face and his sight returned. He said: did I not say to you indeed I know from God what you do not know
Then when the bearer of the good news came, he cast the shirt over his face, and he immediately regained clear sight. He said, “Did I not say to you, ‘I know from God that which you know not?’
But when the bearer of good news came and placed the shirt over his face, his eyesight returned, he said, “Did I not tell you that I have knowledge from Allah that you don’t have?”
And when the bearer of good news came he threw Joseph´s shirt over Jacob´s face, whereupon he regained his sight, and said: "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah what you do not know?"
Then, when the bearer of good news came, he cast it over his face and he regained sight. He said: "Did I not tell you that I know from God what you do not know?"
And when the bearer of good news (Joseph's brother with Joseph's shirt) did arrive, he put the shirt on the face of Jacob, who then got back his sight. Jacob said, "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah what you know not?"
Then when the bearer of lad-tidings came' he laid that shirt on the face of Yaqub, forthwith his sight came back. He said, 'did I not say to you hat I know those glories of Allah which you know not
When the bearer of good news arrived, he threw (the shirt) on his face, whereupon his vision was restored. He said, "Did I not tell you that I knew from GOD what you did not know?"
And when the bearer of glad tidings arrived, he laid Joseph's shirt over him, and he saw once again. He said: 'Did I not tell you that I know from Allah what you do not know?
Then when the bearer of good news came, he cast it before his face so he became certain. He said: Did I not say to you that I know from Allah what you know not
So when that the announcer of good news came, he threw it (the shirt) on his face/front , so he returned seeing/understanding , he said: "Did I not say to you that I know from God what you do not know?"
When the sons arrived and put the shirt of Joseph on his eyes, he got his eye sight back and said: “Did I not tell you that I was blessed with the revelations from the Lord that you were unaware of ?”
Then when the bearer of glad tidings came, he laid the shirt on his face, he therefore immediately regained his eyesight*; he said, "Was I not telling you? I know the great traits of Allah which you do not know!" (This was a miracle that took place by applying Prophet Yusuf’s shirt.
And when the bearer of glad tidings came, he laid the shirt before him and he became enlightened. Then he said, `Did I not say to you, `I know from ALLAH what you know not?
But when the bearer of the glad tidings arrived, and he cast that shirt over Ya‘qub’s (Jacob’s) face, his sight returned at that same moment. Ya‘qub (Jacob) said: ‘Did I not say to you that I know from Allah what you do not know?
And when the bearer of the happy tidings came (to Jacob) he laid it (- the shirt) before him and he became enlightened (about the true state of affairs), he said, `Did I not tell you I know from Allah what you do not know.
Then, when the bearer of the glad tidings arrived, he cast it (the shirt) over his face, and he became clear-sighted. He said: "Did I not say to you, I know from Allah that which you know not. "
But when the bearer of good tidings came to him, and laid it on his face, forthwith he saw once again. He said, 'Did I not tell you I know from God that you know not?
But when the messenger of good tidings was come with Joseph's inner garment, he threw it over his face; and he recovered his eye-sight. And Jacob said, did I not tell you that I knew from God, that which ye knew not
And when the herald of glad tidings came he threw it on his face, and he was restored to sight. Said he, 'Did I not tell you that I know from God that of which ye know not?
And when the bearer of good tidings came, he cast it on his face, and Jacob's eyesight returned." Then he said, "Did I not tell you that I knew from God what ye knew not?"
And when the bearer of joyful tidings arrived, he threw Joseph‘s shirt over the old man‘s face, and he regained his sight. He said: ‘Did I not tell you, God has made known to me what you know not?‘
When the bearer of the good news came, he cast [Joseph’s] shirt over (Jacob’s) face, and (Jacob) regained his sight. (Jacob) said [to the brothers], “Did I not say to you that I know from Allah that which you do not know?”
When an advance rider came, he threw it over his face, and his sight was restored. He said: "Did I not tell you that through Allah (God) I know something that you do not know?"
But when the bearer of good news arrived [with Joseph's shirt], he laid it over his face; and he regained his sight. He said: Did I not say to you that I know from God something that you do not know?'
And when the bearer of good news came, he put the shirt in front of Jacob and immediately he saw the truth! (Jacob) said, “Didn’t I tell you, indeed I know about Allah things that you do not know.”
Then, when the bearer of the good news came, he cast it(the shirt)on his(Jacob's)face and(forthwith)he regained his sight. He said: 'Did I not tell you I know from Allah what you do not know
But when the harbinger of good presage -the eldest brother- reached home, and laid Yusuf's shirt on his father's face; there did Ya'qab recover his faculty of sight. and thus he exclaimed: "Did I not tell you that I know from Allah what you people do not know!"
So when the conveyer of the good news came, he put (Yusuf’s shirt) on his face when (his power of) seeing returned. He said, “Did I not say to you that I know from Allah that which you do not know ?”
Then when the bearer of the good news came, He cast (the shirt) over his face, and he forthwith regained clear sight. He said: "Did I not say to you, 'I know from God that which ye know not?'"
