| 82:1 | | When the sky splits! | | 82:2 | | When the stars scatter! | | 82:3 | | When the oceans burst! | | 82:4 | | When the graves are overturned! | | 82:5 | | Each soul will then know what it has forwarded and withheld. | | 82:6 | | O Humanity, what has deceived you from your Lord the Most Generous? | | 82:7 | | The One who created you fashioned you in appropriate stages. | | 82:8 | | He arranges in whatever form He wants. | | 82:9 | | Shame! You, however, deny the judgment. | | 82:10 | | Truly, over you are guardian angels. | | 82:11 | | [They are] honorable in recording [your deeds]. | | 82:12 | | They know all that you do. | | 82:13 | | As for the righteous, they will be in bliss. | | 82:14 | | The wicked will be in Hell. | | 82:15 | | They will enter it on the Day of Judgment. | | 82:16 | | They will not be able to avoid it. | | 82:17 | | What can explain to you what the Day of Judgment is? | | 82:18 | | Again, what can explain to you what the Day of Judgment is? | | 82:19 | | [It is] the day when no soul will have the power to help another. The command that day will be with Allah. |
