| Arabic | | إِذْ يَقُولُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ وَالَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ غَرَّ هَٰؤُلَاءِ دِينُهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيم | |

the hypocrites | l-munāfiqūna | الْمُنَافِقُونَ | ن ف ق | |
and those who - | wa-alladhīna | وَالَّذِينَ | ا ل ل ذ ى | |
their hearts | qulūbihim | قُلُوبِهِمْ | ق ل ب | |
(was) a disease, | maraḍun | مَرَضٌ | م ر ض | |
"(Had) deluded | gharra | غَرَّ | غ ر ر | |
these (people) | hāulāi | هَؤُلَاءِ | ا و ل ا ء | |
their religion." | dīnuhum | دِينُهُمْ | د ى ن | |
But whoever | waman | وَمَنْ | م ن | |
puts (his) trust | yatawakkal | يَتَوَكَّلْ | و ك ل | |
then indeed, | fa-inna | فَإِنَّ | ا ن ن | |
(is) All-Mighty, | ʿazīzun | عَزِيزٌ | ع ز ز | |
All-Wise." | ḥakīmun | حَكِيمٌ | ح ك م | |
