| Arabic | | فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِكُمْ فَإِذَا اطْمَأْنَنتُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتً |  |

| then remember | | fa-udh'kurū | | فَاذْكُرُوا | | ذ ك ر | |
| standing | | qiyāman | | قِيَامًا | | ق و م | |
| and sitting | | waquʿūdan | | وَقُعُودًا | | ق ع د | |
| and (lying) on | | waʿalā | | وَعَلَى | | ع ل ى | |
| your sides. | | junūbikum | | جُنُوبِكُمْ | | ج ن ب | |
| But when | | fa-idhā | | فَإِذَا | | ا ذ ا | |
| you are secure | | iṭ'manantum | | اطْمَأْنَنْتُمْ | | ط م ن | |
| then establish | | fa-aqīmū | | فَأَقِيمُوا | | ق و م | |
