| Arabic | | وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تَمُوتَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ كِتَابًا مُّؤَجَّلًا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الْآخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَسَنَجْزِي الشَّاكِرِين |  |

| And whoever | waman | وَمَنْ | م ن | |
| reward | thawāba | ثَوَابَ | ث و ب | |
| (of) the world - | l-dun'yā | الدُّنْيَا | د ن و | |
| We will give him | nu'tihi | نُؤْتِهِ | ا ت ى | |
| and whoever | waman | وَمَنْ | م ن | |
| reward | thawāba | ثَوَابَ | ث و ب | |
| (of) the Hereafter | l-ākhirati | الْءَاخِرَةِ | ا خ ر | |
| We will give him | nu'tihi | نُؤْتِهِ | ا ت ى | |
| And We will reward | wasanajzī | وَسَنَجْزِي | ج ز ى | |
| the grateful ones. | l-shākirīna | الشَّاكِرِينَ | ش ك ر | |
