| Arabic | | وَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِّنْ أَقْصَى الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْعَىٰ قَالَ يَا مُوسَىٰ إِنَّ الْمَلَأَ يَأْتَمِرُونَ بِكَ لِيَقْتُلُوكَ فَاخْرُجْ إِنِّي لَكَ مِنَ النَّاصِحِين | |

And came | wajāa | وَجَاءَ | ج ى ا | |
(the) farthest end | aqṣā | أَقْصَا | ق ص و | |
(of) the city | l-madīnati | الْمَدِينَةِ | م د ن | |
running. | yasʿā | يَسْعَى | س ع ى | |
"O Musa! | yāmūsā | يَامُوسَى | م و س | |
the chiefs | l-mala-a | الْمَلَأَ | م ل ا | |
are taking counsel | yatamirūna | يَأْتَمِرُونَ | ا م ر | |
to kill you, | liyaqtulūka | لِيَقْتُلُوكَ | ق ت ل | |
so leave; | fa-ukh'ruj | فَاخْرُجْ | خ ر ج | |
indeed, I am | innī | إِنِّي | ا ن ن | |
the sincere advisors." | l-nāṣiḥīna | النَّاصِحِينَ | ن ص ح | |
