| Arabic | | وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ذَٰلِكَ ذِكْرَىٰ لِلذَّاكِرِين |  |

| remove | yudh'hib'na | يُذْهِبْنَ | ذ ه ب | |
| the evil deeds. | l-sayiāti | السَّيِّئَاتِ | س و ء | |
| (is) a reminder | dhik'rā | ذِكْرَى | ذ ك ر | |
| for those who remember. | lildhākirīna | لِلذَّاكِرِينَ | ذ ك ر | |
