So when Saul set out with the soldiers, he said: "God will test you with a river, whoever drinks from it is not with me, and whoever does not taste from it except one scoop with his hand is with me." They all drank from it, except for a few of them. So when he and those who believed with him crossed it, they said: "We have no power today against Goliath and his soldiers!" But the ones who understood that they would meet God said: "How many a time has a small group beaten a large group with the permission of God, and God is with the patient ones!"

2:250
Wa Lammā Barazū Lijālūta Wa Junūdihi Qālū Rabbanā 'Afrigh `Alaynā Şabrāan Wa Thabbit 'Aqdāmanā Wa Anşurnā `Alá Al-Qawmi Al-Kāfirīna
And when they came forth to Goliath and his soldiers, they said: "Our Lord grant us patience, and make firm our foothold, and grant us victory over the disbelieving people."
9:26
Thumma 'Anzala Allāhu Sakīnatahu `Alá Rasūlihi Wa `Alá Al-Mu'uminīna Wa 'Anzala Junūdāan Lam Tarawhā Wa `Adhdhaba Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Wa Dhalika Jazā'u Al-Kāfirīna
Then God sent down His tranquility upon His messenger and the believers, and He sent down soldiers which you did not see, and He punished those who rejected. Such is the recompense of the rejecters.
9:40
'Illā Tanşurūhu Faqad Naşarahu Allāhu 'Idh 'Akhrajahu Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Thāniya Athnayni 'Idh Humā Fī Al-Ghāri 'Idh Yaqūlu Lişāĥibihi Lā Taĥzan 'Inna Allāha Ma`anā Fa'anzala Allāhu Sakīnatahu `Alayhi Wa 'Ayyadahu Bijunūdin Lam Tarawhā Wa Ja`ala Kalimata Al-Ladhīna Kafarū As-Suflá Wa Kalimatu Allāhi Hiya Al-`Ulyā Wa Allāhu `Azīzun Ĥakīmun
If you do not help him, then God has helped him. When those who rejected expelled him, he was one of only two, and when they were in the cave, he said to his friend: "Do not grieve, for God is with us." So God sent down His tranquility over him and He supported him with soldiers that you did not see, and He made the word of those who rejected be the lowest, and the word of God be the highest. God is Noble, Wise.
10:90

And We helped the Children of Israel cross the sea, and Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them out of hatred and animosity. But when he was certain to drown, he said: "I believe that there is no god except the One in whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am of those who have submitted."
19:75

Say: "Whoever is in misguidance, then the Almighty will lead them on." Until they see what they have been promised, either the retribution or the Hour. Then they will know who is in a worse place and weaker in power.
20:78
Fa'atba`ahum Fir`awnu Bijunūdihi Faghashiyahum Mina Al-Yammi Mā Ghashiyahum
So Pharaoh followed them with his soldiers, but the sea cameover them and covered them.
26:95
Wa Junūdu 'Iblīsa 'Ajma`ūna
And all the soldiers of Satan.
27:17
Wa Ĥushira Lisulaymāna Junūduhu Mina Al-Jinni Wa Al-'Insi Wa Aţ-Ţayri Fahum Yūza`ūna
And the soldiers of Solomon were gathered, comprising of mankind and Jinn and birds, for they were to be spread out.
27:18

Until they came to a valley of ants, a female ant said: "O ants, enter your homes else you will be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they do not notice."
27:37
Arji` 'Ilayhim Falana'tiyannahum Bijunūdin Lā Qibala Lahum Bihā Wa Lanukhrijannahum Minhā 'Adhillatan Wa Hum Şāghirūna
"Go back to them. For we shall come to them with soldiers the like of which they have never seen, and we will drive them out humiliated, while they are feeble."
28:6
Wa Numakkina Lahum Fī Al-'ArĐi Wa Nuriya Fir`awna Wa Hāmāna Wa Junūdahumā Minhum Mā Kānū Yaĥdharūna
And to enable them in the land, and to show Pharaoh and Haamaan and their troops what they had feared.
28:8
Fāltaqaţahu 'Ālu Fir`awna Liyakūna Lahum `Adūwāan Wa Ĥazanāan 'Inna Fir`awna Wa Hāmāna Wa Junūdahumā Kānū Khāţi'īna
Then the family of Pharaoh picked him up, so he would be an enemy to them and a source of sadness. Certainly, Pharaoh and Haamaan and their troops were wrongdoers.
28:39
Wa Astakbara Huwa Wa Junūduhu Fī Al-'ArĐi Bighayri Al-Ĥaqqi Wa žannū 'Annahum 'Ilaynā Lā Yurja`ūna
And he and his soldiers were arrogant in the land without any right, and they thought that they would not be returned to Us.
28:40
Fa'akhadhnāhu Wa Junūdahu Fanabadhnāhum Fī Al-Yammi Fānžur Kayfa Kāna `Āqibatu Až-žālimīna
So We took him and his soldiers, and We cast them into the sea. So see how was the end of the wicked!
33:9

Wa Mā 'Anzalnā `Alá Qawmihi Min Ba`dihi Min Jundin Mina As-Samā'i Wa Mā Kunnā Munzilīna
And We did not send down upon his people after him soldiers from the heaven; for there was no need to send them down.
36:75
Lā Yastaţī`ūna Naşrahum Wa Hum Lahum Jundun MuĥĐarūna
They cannot help them; while they are soldiers for them.
37:173
Wa 'Inna Jundanā Lahumu Al-Ghālibūna
And that Our soldiers are the winners.
38:11
Jundun Mā Hunālika Mahzūmun Mina Al-'Aĥzābi
The opposing troops they have gathered will be defeated.
44:24
Wa Atruki Al-Baĥra Rahwan 'Innahum Jundun Mughraqūna
And cross the sea quickly; their troops will be drowned.
48:4

He is the One who sends down tranquility into the hearts of the believers, so that they may increase in faith along with their present faith. And to Godbelong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and God is Knowledgeable, Wise.
48:7

Fa'akhadhnāhu Wa Junūdahu Fanabadhnāhum Fī Al-Yammi Wa Huwa Mulīmun
So We took him and his troops; We cast them into the sea, and he was to blame.
67:20
'Amman Hādhā Al-Ladhī Huwa Jundun Lakum Yanşurukum Min Dūni Ar-Raĥmāni 'Ini Al-Kāfirūna 'Illā Fī Ghurūrin
Where is this army of yours to grant you victory without the Almighty? Indeed, the disbelievers are deceived.
74:31

And We have made the guardians of the Fire to be angels; and We did not make their number except as a test for those who have rejected, so that those who were given the Book would understand, and those who have faith would be increased in faith, and so that those who have been given the Book and the believers do not have doubt, and so that those who have a sickness in their hearts and the rejecters would say: "What did God mean with an example such as this?" It is such that God misguides whom He wishes, and He guides whom He wishes. And none know the soldiers of your Lord except He; and it is but a reminder for human beings.
85:17
