General Root Meaning
To render or do the forbidden, blessed with means of subsistence, to die in youth, take up a load or burden, green, to become green in color (9th verb form), to be cut or cut off (like as dying young or fruit that is picked before it is ripe), fresh or pleasant, having much verdure.
   l-akhḍari   (1)

The One Who made for you from the tree [the] green - fire, and behold! You from it ignite.

   khuḍ'run   (1)

Upon them (will be) garments (of) fine silk green and heavy brocade. And they will be adorned (with) bracelets of silver, and will give them to drink their Lord, a drink pure.

   khuḍ'rin   (1)

And said the king, "Indeed, I [I] have seen seven cows fat, eating them seven lean ones, and seven ears (of corn) green, and others dry. O chiefs! Explain to me about my vision if you can of visions interpret."

Yusuf, O the truthful one! Explain to us about (the) seven cows fat eating them seven lean ones, and seven ears (of corn) green and other dry, that I may return to the people so that they may know."

   khaḍiran   (1)

And He (is) the One Who sends down from the sky water, then We bring forth with it vegetation (of) every thing. Then We bring forth from it green plant, We bring forth from it grain - thick clustered. And from the date-palm, from its spathe clusters of dates hanging low. And gardens of grapes and the olives and the pomegranates resembling and not resembling. Look at its fruit when it bears fruit and its ripening. Indeed, in that (are) signs for a people (who) believe.

   khuḍ'ran   (1)

Those, for them (are) Gardens of Eden, flows from underneath them the rivers. They will be adorned therein [of] (with) bracelets of gold and will wear garments, green, of fine silk and heavy brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent (is) the reward, and good (is) the resting place.

   mukh'ḍarratan   (1)

Do not you see, that Allah sends down from the sky water then becomes the earth green? Indeed, Allah (is) surely Subtle, All-Aware.
