99:1  When the earth (the body) is shaken with an intense quake,

99:2  And the earth discharges its burdens,

99:3  And man (consciousness panics and) asks, “What is wrong with it (the body)?”

99:4  That is the time it will report its news,

99:5  With a revelation from your Rabb.

99:6  That day the people will go forth in groups to see the results of their deeds!

99:7  Whoever does an iota’s weight of good will see it,

99:8  And whoever does an iota’s weight of evil will see it.
