One who dishonors his marriage bed says to himself: “Who can see me? Darkness surrounds me, walls conceal me, and no one can see me; why should I worry? The Most High will not remember my sins.”

The man who is unfaithful to his wife thinks to himself, No one will ever know. It's dark in here, and no one sees me. I have nothing to worry about. As for the Most High, he won't even notice.
