For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slips, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slips, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, “Hear me, lest they rejoice over me, Lest, when my foot slips, they exalt themselves against me.”
For I said, “Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me; when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.”
For I said, Lest they rejoice over me: When my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
Because I said, “Do not let them rejoice against me, and do not let them be exalted against me while my feet shake.”
For I said, Let them not rejoice over me! When my foot slipped, they magnified themselves against me.
For I said: Lest at any time my enemies rejoice over me : and whilst my feet are moved, they speak great things against me.
For I said, Lest they rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, “Only let them not rejoice over me, who boast against me when my foot slips!”
I said, "Do not let them gloat over me. When my foot slips, do not let them promote themselves at my expense."
For I said, "Don't let them rejoice over me-- those who are arrogant toward me when I stumble."
For I said, "Do not let them gloat over me, as they congratulate themselves when my foot slips."
I have prayed for deliverance, because otherwise they will gloat over me; when my foot slips they will arrogantly taunt me.
For I said, "May they not rejoice over me, Who, when my foot slips, would magnify themselves against me."
For I said, "Do not let them gloat or exalt themselves over me when my feet slip."
I prayed, "Don't let my enemies gloat over me or rejoice at my downfall."
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, "Don't let them gloat over me, or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips."
I have prayed that my enemies will not laugh at me. If I slip and fall down, they will be very happy!
When I said, `Lest they rejoice over me, In the slipping of my foot against me they magnified themselves.
For I said, “Do not let them be happy and raise themselves up against me when my foot trips.”
I only asked, “When I stumble on the narrow path, don’t let them boast or celebrate my failure.”
Put an end to their arrogance, these who gloat when I am cast down!
I place my hope in you, O Lord; you, O Lord, my God, will answer for me.
For I said, “Save, lest they be glad over me, Who, when my foot stumbles, magnify themselves against me.”
For I said, Let them not rejoice over me; let them not magnify themselves against me when my foot slips.
For I said, “Don’t let them rejoice over me— those who are arrogant toward me when I stumble.”
For I pray, Let them not rejoice over me, who when my foot slips boast against me.
I said, “Don’t let them laugh at me or brag when I am defeated.”
Lord, my longings are sitting in plain sight, my groans an old story to you. My heart’s about to break; I’m a burned-out case. Cataracts blind me to God and good; old friends avoid me like the plague. My cousins never visit, my neighbors stab me in the back. My competitors blacken my name, devoutly they pray for my ruin. But I’m deaf and mute to it all, ears shut, mouth shut. I don’t hear a word they say, don’t speak a word in response. What I do, God, is wait for you, wait for my Lord, my God—you will answer! I wait and pray so they won’t laugh me off, won’t smugly strut off when I stumble.
So I said, “Do not let them celebrate because of me. Do not let them gloat when my foot slips.”
For I pray, “Only do not let them rejoice over me, those who boast against me when my foot slips.”
Don't let my enemies gloat over my distress; don't let them boast about my downfall!
For I said, (Hear me,) Lest any time mine enemies have joy on me; and the while my feet be moved/and while my feet were moved, they spake great things on me. (For I said, Hear me, lest any time my enemies have joy over me; for when my feet slipped, or stumbled, they spoke many things against me.)
I said, “Don't let them laugh or brag when I slip and fall.”
For I pray, “Only let them not rejoice over me, who boast against me when my foot slips!”
For I pray, “Only do not let them rejoice over me, those who boast against me when my foot slips.”
For I pray, ‘Only do not let them rejoice over me, those who boast against me when my foot slips.’
Because I prayed: “Don’t let them celebrate over me or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips,”
For I pray, “May they not rejoice over me, Who, when my foot slips, would boast against me.”
For I said, “Only let them not rejoice over me, who boast against me when my foot slips!”
Lord, it is for you that I wait; O Lord, my God, you respond.
For I said, “May they not rejoice over me, Who, when my foot slips, would exalt themselves over me.”
I said, “Don’t let them ·laugh at [rejoice in] me or ·brag [boast] when ·I am defeated [L my foot totters/slips].”
But I wait for You, Adonai— You will answer, O Lord my God.
For I pray, “Only let them not rejoice over me, who boast against me when my foot slips!”
I said, “Don’t let my enemies have the joy of seeing me fall. Don’t let them brag when my feet slip.”
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For it is in you, Adonai, that I hope. You will answer, Adonai my God.
For I pray, ‘Only do not let them rejoice over me, those who boast against me when my foot slips.’
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should gloat over me; when my regel slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
I said, “Do not let them gloat over me. When my foot slips, do not let them promote themselves at my expense.”
For I said, “Lest otherwise they should rejoice over me. When my foot slips, they magnify themselves against me.”
That’s why I prayed, “Don’t let my enemies smile at my pain. Full of pride, they will laugh if I stumble and fall.”
I said, “Don’t let them laugh at me. Don’t let them brag when I am defeated.”
For I said, “Help, lest they rejoice over me, lest they boast against me when my foot slips.”
For I said, ‘Do not let them gloat or exalt themselves over me when my feet slip.’
