Yes Lord, I am calling to you to help me. You are my safe place where I can hide. You are all that I need in this world where I live.
I have cried unto thee, O Jehovah, I have said, `Thou [art] my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.'
I cried out to You, O Lord. I said, “You are my safe place, my share in the land of the living.
You are the One I called to, O Eternal One. I said, “You’re the only safe place I know; You’re all I’ve got in this world.
Then I prayed to Jehovah. “Lord,” I pled, “you are my only place of refuge. Only you can keep me safe.
I look to my right, but there is no friend who knows me. There is no refuge available to me; no one cares whether I live or perish.
I cried out to You, O Yahweh; I said, “You are my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.
I cried unto thee, O LORD; I said, Thou art my hope and my portion in the land of the living.
I cry to you, Lord; I say, “You are my shelter, my portion in the land of the living.”

Lord, I cry out to you. I say, “You are my protection. You are all I want in this life.”
“As I sink in despair, my spirit ebbing away, you know how I’m feeling, Know the danger I’m in, the traps hidden in my path. Look right, look left— there’s not a soul who cares what happens! I’m up against the wall, with no exit— it’s just me, all alone. I cry out, God, call out: ‘You’re my last chance, my only hope for life!’ Oh listen, please listen; I’ve never been this low. Rescue me from those who are hunting me down; I’m no match for them. Get me out of this dungeon so I can thank you in public. Your people will form a circle around me and you’ll bring me showers of blessing!”

Lord, I cry to you for help; you, Lord, are my protector; you are all I want in this life.

I pray to you, Lord! You are my place of safety, and you are my choice in the land of the living. Please answer my prayer. I am completely helpless.

Look at my right hand and see, for no one cares about me. I have no refuge— no one cares for my soul.

Look to my right, and see that no one recognizes me. I have no way of escape; nobody cares for me.

I cried unto Thee, Hashem; I said, Thou art my refuge and my chelek (portion) in the Eretz HaChayyim.
I call out to you, O Yahweh. I say, “You are my Machseh, my own inheritance in this world of the living.”
I cried unto You, O Lord; I said, “You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.”
Lord, I cry out to you for help: “You are my place of safety. You are all I need in life.”
Lord, I cry out to you. I say, “You are my protection. You are all I want in this life.”
