Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, Like a weaned child with his mother; Like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself as a child that is weaned from his mother; my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child with his mother, Like a weaned child is my soul within me.
But my soul is humbled like one weaned of his mother, and my soul is like one weaned of me.
Surely I have restrained and composed my soul, like a weaned child with its mother: my soul within me is as a weaned child.
If I was not humbly minded, but exalted my soul: As a child that is weaned is towards his mother, so reward in my soul.
Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother, my soul is with me like a weaned child.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Instead, I have kept my soul calm and quiet. My soul is content as a weaned child is content in its mother's arms.
Instead, I have calmed and quieted myself like a little weaned child with its mother; I am like a little child.
Instead, I have composed and quieted myself like a weaned child with its mother; I am like a weaned child.
Indeed I am composed and quiet, like a young child carried by its mother; I am content like the young child I carry.
Surely I have composed and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child rests against his mother, My soul is like a weaned child within me.
But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.
Instead, I have calmed and quieted myself, like a weaned child who no longer cries for its mother's milk. Yes, like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself as a child that is weaned by his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Instead, I am quiet and there is peace in my mind. I am like a young child who sits on his mother's knee. Yes, I have peace in my mind.
Have I not compared, and kept silent my soul, As a weaned one by its mother? As a weaned one by me [is] my soul.
For sure I have made my soul quiet like a child who no longer nurses while he is with his mother. My soul within me is like a child who no longer nurses.
Of one thing I am certain: my soul has become calm, quiet, and contented in You. Like a weaned child resting upon his mother, I am quiet. My soul is like this weaned child.
I am quiet now before the Lord, just as a child who is weaned from the breast. Yes, my begging has been stilled.
Rather, I have stilled and calmed my soul, hushed it like a weaned child. Like a weaned child held in its mother’s arms, so is my soul within me.
Surely I have soothed and quieted my soul, Like a weaned child with his mother, Like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Rather I have quieted myself and caused my soul to become silent, that I might be as a child that is weaned of his mother, as one who is weaned from my own life.
Instead, I have calmed and quieted my soul like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like a weaned child.
Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me [ceased from fretting].
But I am calm and quiet, like a baby with its mother. I am at peace, like a baby with its mother.
I’ve kept my feet on the ground, I’ve cultivated a quiet heart. Like a baby content in its mother’s arms, my soul is a baby content.
Instead I have soothed and quieted my soul. As a nursed child rests with its mother, like a nursed child my soul rests with me.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like the weaned child that is with me.
Instead, I am content and at peace. As a child lies quietly in its mother's arms, so my heart is quiet within me.
If I feeled not meekly; but [I] enhanced my soul. As a child weaned on his mother; so yielding be in my soul. (I went forth humbly; and I did not exalt my soul. Like a weaned child upon his mother; so is the yielding in my soul.)
But I have learned to feel safe and satisfied, like a young child in its mother's arms.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a child quieted at its mother’s breast; like a child that is quieted is my soul.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like the weaned child that is with me.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like the weaned child that is with me.
No. But I have calmed and quieted myself like a weaned child on its mother; I’m like the weaned child that is with me.
Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child [resting] with his mother, My soul is like a weaned child within me [composed and freed from discontent].
But I have calmed and quietened my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Rather, I have stilled my soul, Like a weaned child to its mother, weaned is my soul.
I have certainly soothed and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child resting against his mother, My soul within me is like a weaned child.
But I ·am calm and quiet [L have stilled and quieted my soul] like a ·baby [L weaned child] with its mother, like a ·baby [L weaned child] with its mother [C a relationship with God is like that of a mother with her weaned child resting comfortably in her arms].
But I have calmed and quieted my soul— like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a child quieted at its mother’s breast; like a child that is quieted is my soul.
I have made myself calm and content like a young child in its mother’s arms. Deep down inside me, I am as content as a young child.
Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child.
No, I keep myself calm and quiet, like a little child on its mother’s lap — I keep myself like a little child.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like the weaned child that is with me.
Surely I have stilled and quieted my nefesh, as a child that is weaned of immo; my nefesh is even as a weaned child.
Instead, I have kept my soul calm and quiet. My soul is content as a weaned child is content in its mother’s arms.
I composed and quieted my desire, like a child given suck by his mother; like a child who sucks is my desire within me.
No, right now I am calm and quiet, like a child after nursing, content in its mother’s arms.
But I am calm and quiet. I am like a baby with its mother. I am at peace, like a baby with its mother.
Rather I have soothed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother, like the weaned child is my soul with me.
But I have calmed and quietened myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.
