If you despise my laws, and contemn my judgments so as not to do those things which are appointed by me, and to make void my covenant:

and if ye shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;

if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

if you reject my laws and look at my rules with disgust, if you reject my promise by disobeying my commands,

if you reject My statutes and despise My ordinances, and do not observe all My commands--and break My covenant,

and if you refuse my statutes, loathe my ordinances, and fail to carry out all of my commands, thereby breaching my covenant,

if you reject my statutes and abhor my regulations so that you do not keep all my commandments and you break my covenant--

if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul abhors My ordinances so as not to carry out all My commandments, and so break My covenant,

and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,

and if you break my covenant by rejecting my decrees, treating my regulations with contempt, and refusing to obey my commands,

And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul shall abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

and if you shall reject my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant;

The people may not respect or obey God's rules. So they will not be doing what they promised to him.

and if at My statutes ye kick, and if My judgments your soul loathe, so as not to do all My commands -- to your breaking My covenant --

if you turn away from My Laws and do not want to do what I tell you to do, and do not do it, and so break My agreement,

if you turn your backs on My decrees and despise what I have commanded so that you fail to do as I have directed and break the covenant that exists between us,

but reject my laws,

and if you despise my statutes and hate my ordinances, failing to observe my commandments and breaking my covenant,

if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul loathes My judgments so as not to do all My commandments and so break My covenant,

and if ye shall despise my statutes or if your soul should abhor my rights so that ye will not do all my commandments but that ye break my covenant,

if you reject my statutes and despise my ordinances, and do not observe all my commands—and break my covenant,

And if you spurn and despise My statutes, and if your soul despises and rejects My ordinances, so that you will not do all My commandments, but break My covenant,

and if you turn away from my rules and hate my laws, refusing to obey all my commands, you have broken our agreement.

“But if you refuse to obey me and won’t observe my commandments, despising my decrees and holding my laws in contempt by your disobedience, making a shambles of my covenant, I’ll step in and pour on the trouble: debilitating disease, high fevers, blindness, your life leaking out bit by bit. You’ll plant seed but your enemies will eat the crops. I’ll turn my back on you and stand by while your enemies defeat you. People who hate you will govern you. You’ll run scared even when there’s no one chasing you.

if you reject my regulations and you detest my ordinances so much that you do not obey all my commandments, so that you break my covenant,

if you spurn my statutes, and abhor my ordinances, so that you will not observe all my commandments, and you break my covenant,

If you refuse to obey my laws and commands and break the covenant I have made with you,

and if ye forsake my laws, and despise my dooms, that ye do not those things that be ordained of me, and that ye bring follily my covenant to nought, (and if ye forsake my laws, and despise my judgements, so that ye do not do those things that be ordained by me, but ye foolishly break my covenant,)

If you disobey me and my laws, and if you break our agreement,

if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my ordinances, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant,

if you spurn my statutes and abhor my ordinances, so that you will not observe all my commandments and you break my covenant,

if you spurn my statutes, and abhor my ordinances, so that you will not observe all my commandments, and you break my covenant,

if you reject my rules and despise my regulations, not doing all my commands and breaking my covenant—

if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul rejects My ordinances, so that you will not [obediently] do all My commandments, and in this way break My covenant,

Suppose you say no to my rules and turn away from my laws. And suppose you break my covenant by failing to carry out all my commands.

And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

if you loathe my regulations and reject my rulings, in order not to obey all my mitzvot but cancel my covenant;

if you spurn my statutes, and abhor my ordinances, so that you will not observe all my commandments, and you break my covenant,

And if ye shall despise My chukkot, or if your nefesh abhor My mishpatim, so that ye will not do all My mitzvot, but that ye violate My Brit (Covenant),

if you reject my laws and look at my rules with disgust, if you reject my promise by disobeying my commands,

if you despise My statutes, or if you abhor My judgments, so that you will not do all My commandments, but you break My covenant,

If you refuse to obey my laws and commands, you have broken my agreement.

If you refuse to obey all my laws and commands, you have broken our agreement.

and if you reject my statutes and if your inner self abhors my regulations, to not carry out all my commands by your breaking my covenant,

and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,
