And if it be on her bed, or on any thing where on she sits, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the even.

“When a woman has a discharge of blood, the impurity of her menstrual period lasts seven days. Anyone who touches her is unclean until evening. Everything on which she lies or sits during her period is unclean. Anyone who touches her bed or anything on which she sits must wash his clothes and bathe in water; he remains unclean until evening.
If the uncleanness is on the bed or on anything else on which she is sitting when he touches it, he will become unclean until sunset.

It does not matter if the person touched the woman’s bed or something she sat on. That person will be unclean until evening.
And if it is on the bed or on the object on which she sits, at his touching it he becomes unclean until the evening.
Whether it is the bed or anything she was sitting on, when anyone touches it, they will be unclean till evening.
