He shall offer one of the turtledoves or one of the young pigeons, whichever he is able to obtain.
He shall then offer one of the turtledoves or young pigeons, which are within his means.

The priest shall then offer one of the turtledoves or pigeons that are within the person’s means—

One of the birds is the sacrifice for sin, and the other is the sacrifice to please me. After this you will be completely clean.
