Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.

Wherefore I will not spare my month, I will speak in the affliction of my spirit: I will talk with the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
So I won't keep my mouth shut, but I will speak from the distress that is in my spirit and complain about the bitterness in my soul.
Therefore I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
"In addition, I won't keep my opinion to myself; I'll speak from my distressed spirit; I'll complain with my bitter soul.

"Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
"Therefore I will not keep silent; I will speak out in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
"I cannot keep from speaking. I must express my anguish. My bitter soul must complain.
Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
"Therefore I will not keep silent. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit. I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
So I must continue to speak. I will tell you how upset I am. I am angry because of what has happened to me. So I must complain.
Also I -- I withhold not my mouth -- I speak in the distress of my spirit, I talk in the bitterness of my soul.
“So I will not keep my mouth shut. I will speak in the suffering of my spirit. I will complain because my soul is bitter.
Like Eliphaz, I will not keep silent. In the agony of my spirit, I will speak; In the bitterness of my soul, I will complain.
Ah, let me express my anguish. Let me be free to speak out of the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore, I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak out in my anguish of spirit, and I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Indeed I will not hold back my mouth; I will speak in the distress of my spirit; I will muse on the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore, I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul [O Lord]!
“So I will not stay quiet; I will speak out in the suffering of my spirit. I will complain because I am so unhappy.
“And so I’m not keeping one bit of this quiet, I’m laying it all out on the table; my complaining to high heaven is bitter, but honest. Are you going to put a muzzle on me, the way you quiet the sea and still the storm? If I say, ‘I’m going to bed, then I’ll feel better. A little nap will lift my spirits,’ You come and so scare me with nightmares and frighten me with ghosts That I’d rather strangle in the sheets than face this kind of life any longer. I hate this life! Who needs any more of this? Let me alone! There’s nothing to my life—it’s nothing but smoke.
That is why I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak out in the anguish of my spirit. I will lament in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
No! I can't be quiet! I am angry and bitter. I have to speak.
Wherefore and I shall not spare my mouth; I shall speak in the tribulation of my spirit, I shall talk (al)together with the bitterness of my soul (I shall speak out of the bitterness of my soul).
And so, I cry out to you in agony and distress.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
‘Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
But I won’t keep quiet; I will speak in the adversity of my spirit, groan in the bitterness of my life.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul [O Lord].
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
My own utterance I will not restrain; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“So I will not ·stay quiet [L restrain my mouth]; I will speak out in the ·suffering [distress; L pinch] of my spirit. I will ·complain [groan] ·because I am so unhappy [L in the bitterness of my soul].
“So I will not keep silent; I will speak in the distress of my spirit, I will complain in bitterness of soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“So I won’t keep quiet. When I’m suffering greatly, I’ll speak out. When my spirit is bitter, I’ll tell you how unhappy I am.
Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“Therefore I will not restrain my mouth but will speak in my anguish of spirit and complain in my bitterness of soul.
‘Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Therefore I will not curb my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my ruach; I will complain in the mar (bitterness) of my nefesh.
So I won’t keep my mouth shut, but I will speak from the distress that is in my spirit and complain about the bitterness in my soul.
“Therefore, I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
“So I will not be quiet! I will let my suffering spirit speak! I will let my bitter soul complain!
“So I will not stay quiet. I will speak out in the suffering of my spirit. I will complain because I am so unhappy.
“Even I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in my spirit’s anguish; I will complain in my inner self’s bitterness.
‘Therefore I will not keep silent; I will speak out in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
