Terrors assault me— my dignity in shreds, salvation up in smoke.
God has unhooked my bowstring, and he has afflicted me, so they throw off all restraint in my presence.
Because God has loosed my bowstring and humbled me, they have cast off restraint in my presence.
Because God has made me weak and helpless, they turn against me with all their fury.
For God hath opened his arrow case, and he hath tormented me, and he hath put a bridle into my mouth.
God has destroyed me, and so they don't care what they do.
