If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.
When he tears [something] down, it cannot be rebuilt. When he puts someone in prison, that person cannot be freed.
Whatever He tears down cannot be rebuilt; whoever He imprisons cannot be released.
When he tears down, nobody rebuilds; when he incarcerates, nobody escapes.

Lo, He breaketh down, and it is not built up, He shutteth against a man, And it is not opened.
See, He tears down, and it cannot be built again. He puts a man in prison, and no one can free him.
So, then, what God tears down cannot be built back up; the man He shuts up cannot be released.

“True wisdom and real power belong to God; from him we learn how to live, and also what to live for. If he tears something down, it’s down for good; if he locks people up, they’re locked up for good. If he holds back the rain, there’s a drought; if he lets it loose, there’s a flood. Strength and success belong to God; both deceived and deceiver must answer to him. He strips experts of their vaunted credentials, exposes judges as witless fools. He divests kings of their royal garments, then ties a rag around their waists. He strips priests of their robes, and fires high officials from their jobs. He forces trusted sages to keep silence, deprives elders of their good sense and wisdom. He dumps contempt on famous people, disarms the strong and mighty. He shines a spotlight into caves of darkness, hauls deepest darkness into the noonday sun. He makes nations rise and then fall, builds up some and abandons others. He robs world leaders of their reason, and sends them off into no-man’s-land. They grope in the dark without a clue, lurching and staggering like drunks.”
If he tears something down, it cannot be rebuilt. If he shuts a door on a man, it cannot be opened.
If he tears down, no one can rebuild; if he shuts someone in, no one can open up.
When God tears down, who can rebuild, and who can free those God imprisons?
If he destroyeth, there is no man that buildeth; if he shutteth in a man, there is none that openeth. (If he destroyeth, there is no one who buildeth up again; if he shutteth someone in, there is no one who can release him.)
No one can rebuild what he destroys, or release those he has imprisoned.
If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.
If he tears down, no one can rebuild; if he shuts someone in, no one can open up.
If he tears down, no one can rebuild; if he shuts someone in, no one can open up.
If he tears down, it can’t be rebuilt; if he ties a person up, he can’t be set free.
“Behold, He tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He imprisons a man, and there can be no release.
If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.
If he knocks a thing down, there is no rebuilding; if he imprisons, there is no release.
Behold, He tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He imprisons a person, and there is no release.
What he tears down cannot be rebuilt; anyone he ·puts in prison [L shuts up] cannot be let out.
If He tears down, it cannot be rebuilt; one He imprisons cannot be released.
If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.
What he tears down can’t be rebuilt. The people he puts in prison can’t be set free.
Behold, he breaketh down, and it cannot be built again: he shutteth up a man, and there can be no opening.
When he breaks something down, it can’t be rebuilt; when he imprisons someone, he can’t be released.
If he tears down, no one can rebuild; if he shuts someone in, no one can open up.
See, what He tears down cannot be reconstructed; He shutteth up an ish, and there can be no prison release.
When he tears something down, it cannot be rebuilt. When he puts someone in prison, that person cannot be freed.
Surely, He tears down, and it cannot be built again; He imprisons a man, and there can be no release.
Anything God tears down cannot be rebuilt. Anyone he puts in prison cannot be set free.
What God tears down cannot be rebuilt. The man God puts in prison cannot be let out.
If he tears down, then it will not be rebuilt; if he shuts a man in, then he cannot be freed.
What he tears down cannot be rebuilt; those he imprisons cannot be released.
