But if I do lift up my head, you will hunt me like a lion! You will perform miracles in order to fight against me.
If I lift myself up, you hunt me as a fierce lion, and again you display your power against me.
Should my head be lifted up, You would hunt me like a lion; And again You would show Your power against me.

If I start to get up off the ground, you leap upon me like a lion and quickly finish me off.
Should I lift up my head, you hunt me like a proud lion, confronting me time and again with your awesome power.
Should my head be set on high, You would hunt me like a lion; And again You would show Your wonders against me.

If I hold up my head, you hunt me like a lion and again show your terrible power against me.
“But you never told me about this part. I should have known that there was more to it— That if I so much as missed a step, you’d notice and pounce, wouldn’t let me get by with a thing. If I’m truly guilty, I’m doomed. But if I’m innocent, it’s no better—I’m still doomed. My belly is full of bitterness. I’m up to my ears in a swamp of affliction. I try to make the best of it, try to brave it out, but you’re too much for me, relentless, like a lion on the prowl. You line up fresh witnesses against me. You compound your anger and pile on the grief and pain!
If I lift myself up, you hunt me down like a lion. You turn and display amazing power against me.
Bold as a lion you hunt me; you repeat your exploits against me.
If I have any success at all, you hunt me down like a lion; to hurt me you even work miracles.
And if I raise up mine head for pride, thou shalt take me as a lioness; and thou turnest again, and tormentest me wonderfully. (And if I raise up my head in pride, then thou shalt take hold of me like a lioness; and thou shalt turn, and torment me with wonders, or miracles.)
No matter how hard I try, you keep hunting me down like a powerful lion.
And if I lift myself up, thou dost hunt me like a lion, and again work wonders against me;
Bold as a lion you hunt me; you repeat your exploits against me.
Bold as a lion you hunt me; you repeat your exploits against me.
I could boast like a lion, and you would hunt me; you would do awesome things to me again.
‘Should I lift my head up, You would hunt me like a lion; And again You would show Your marvelous power against me.
And were my head lifted up, you would hunt me like a lion and again work wonders against me.
Should it lift up, you hunt me like a lion: repeatedly you show your wondrous power against me,
And should my head be high, You would hunt me like a lion; And You would show Your power against me again.
·If I hold up my head, you hunt me like a lion [or Proud like a lion you hunt me] and again show your terrible power against me.
If my head is held high, You hunt me like a lion, and again work wonders against me.
And if I lift myself up, thou dost hunt me like a lion, and again work wonders against me;

For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me.
You rise up to hunt me like a lion, and you keep treating me in such peculiar ways.

Like a proud, ferocious lion you hunt me down. You keep working your miracles against me.
For if my head is lifted up, You would hunt me like a lion, and again You show Yourself marvelous to me.
If I have any success and feel proud, you hunt me down like a lion and show your power over me.
If I hold up my head, you hunt me like a lion. And again you show your terrible power against me.
And if my head grows bold, you would hunt me as the lion in its prime; and you repeat your exploits against me.
If I hold my head high, you stalk me like a lion and again display your awesome power against me.
