Then you will know that I am the LORD and that the disaster I promised was not an empty threat.
And they will know that I am the LORD; I did not threaten to bring this disaster on them without a reason."
Then they'll know that I am the LORD. I didn't declare this evil that's intended for them without a reason.'"
They will know that I am the LORD; my threats to bring this catastrophe on them were not empty.'
"Then they will know that I am the LORD; I have not said in vain that I would inflict this disaster on them."'
And they will know that I am the LORD; I did not threaten in vain to bring this calamity on them.
They will know that I alone am the LORD and that I was serious when I said I would bring this calamity on them.
And they shall know that I am the LORD, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.
They shall know that I am Yahweh: I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.
They will know that I am the Lord. They will know that it was true when I promised to bring this terrible trouble to them.” ’
And they have known that I [am] Jehovah, Not for nought have I spoken to do to them this evil.
Then they will know that I am the Lord. I have not spoken with empty words that I would bring this trouble upon them.”’
Then they will know I am the Eternal One. They will understand I did not utter empty threats when I said I would bring disaster on them.
They will realize that I alone am God and that I wasn’t fooling when I told them that all this would happen to them.’”
And they will know that I, the Lord, was not uttering a vain warning when I threatened to inflict this disaster upon them.
Then they will know that I am Yahweh; I have not said in vain that I would do this calamitous evil against them.”’
And they shall know that I am the LORD and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.
And they will know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten to bring this disaster on them without a reason.
And they shall know, understand, and realize that I am the Lord. I have not said in vain that I would bring this evil calamity [in punishment] upon them.
Then they will know that I am the Lord. I did not bring this terrible thing on them for no reason.
“‘But I’ll let a few escape the killing as you are scattered through other lands and nations. In the foreign countries where they’re taken as prisoners of war, they’ll remember me. They’ll realize how devastated I was by their betrayals, by their voracious lust for gratifying themselves in their idolatries. They’ll be disgusted with their evil ways, disgusting to God in the way they’ve lived. They’ll know that I am God. They’ll know that my judgment against them was no empty threat.
Then they will know that I, the Lord, did not speak about bringing this disaster on them without it having a result.
And they shall know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten in vain to bring this disaster upon them.
They will know that I am the Lord and that my warnings were not empty threats.”
And they shall know, that I the Lord spake not in vain, that I should do this evil to them. (And they shall know, that I the Lord spoke not in vain, that I would do this evil to them.)
and they will know that I am the Lord and that my warnings must be taken seriously.
And they shall know that I am the Lord; I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.”
And they shall know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten in vain to bring this disaster upon them.

and they will know that I am the Lord. Not in vain have I threatened to bring this evil against them.
Then they will know [without any doubt] that I am the Lord; I have not said in vain that I would bring this disaster [as punishment] on them.”’
And they shall know that I am the Lord. I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.”
Then they shall know that I the Lord did not threaten in vain to inflict this evil on them.
Then they will know that I am the Lord; I have not said in vain that I would inflict this disaster on them.”’
Then they will know that I am the Lord. I did not ·bring this terrible thing on them for no reason [or threaten in vain this catastrophe against them].
They will know that I am Adonai. I have not warned in vain that I would do this evil to them.”
And they shall know that I am the Lord; I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.”
You will know that I am the Lord. I said I would bring trouble on you. And my warning came true.” ’ ”
And they shall know that I am the Lord, and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.
Then they will know that I am Adonai; it isn’t for nothing that I said I would bring this calamity upon them.”’
And they shall know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten in vain to bring this disaster upon them.
And they shall know that I am Hashem, and that I have not served warning el-chinnom (in vain) that I would bring hara’ah hazot upon them.
Then you will know that I am Yahweh and that the disaster I promised was not an empty threat.
They shall know that I am the Lord, and that I have not said in vain that I would bring this calamity upon them.
but they will learn that I am the Lord. Then they will know that if I say that I will do something, I will do it! They will know that I caused all the troubles that happened to them.”
Then they will know that I am the Lord. I did not bring this terrible thing on them for no reason.
And they will know that I am Yahweh; not in vain I spoke to bring to them this evil.”’
And they will know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten in vain to bring this calamity on them.
