If men fight and one strikes the other with a stone or with his fist, and he does not die, but must remain in bed,
“Two men might argue and one might hit the other with a rock or with his fist. If the man who was hurt is not killed, the man who hurt him should not be killed.
“Two men might argue. And one might hit the other with a rock or with his fist. The hurt man might not be killed. But he might have to stay in bed.
“‘And if men quarrel and a man strikes his neighbor with a stone or with a fist and he does not die, but he is confined to bed,
‘If people quarrel and one person hits another with a stone or with their fist and the victim does not die but is confined to bed,
