So they brought a coin to him. Jesus asked them, ‘Whose picture is on this coin? Whose name is on it?’ They replied, ‘It is Caesar's picture and Caesar's name.’

They brought Him one. He asked them, “Whose picture is this? Whose name is on it?” They answered, “Caesar’s.”
So they brought it, and He said to them, “Whose image and superscription is this?” And they said to Him, “Caesar’s.”
When they had brought it to Him, He asked them another question. Jesus: Tell Me, whose picture is on this coin? And of whom does this inscription speak? Pharisees: Caesar, of course.
When they handed it to him he asked, “Whose picture and title is this on the coin?” They replied, “The emperor’s.”
When they brought one, he asked them, “Whose image is this, and whose inscription?” They replied and said to him, “Caesar’s.”
And they brought one. And He *said to them, “Whose likeness and inscription is this?” And they said to Him, “Caesar’s.”
And they brought it. And he said unto them, Of whom is this image and inscription? And they said unto him, Of Caesar.

He knew it was a trick question, and said, “Why are you playing these games with me? Bring me a coin and let me look at it.” They handed him one. “This engraving—who does it look like? And whose name is on it?” “Caesar,” they said.
So they brought one. He said to them, “Whose image and inscription is this?” “Caesar’s,” they answered him.
So they brought one. And he said to them, “Of whom is · this likeness and · inscription?” And they said to him, “Caesar.”

They brought it, and He said to them, “Whose image and inscription is this?” They said to Him, “Caesar’s.”
They gave Jesus a coin and he asked, “Whose picture is on the coin? And whose name is written on it?” They answered, “It is Caesar’s picture and Caesar’s name.”

And the ones brought it. And He says to them, “Whose is this image and inscription?” And the ones said to Him, “Caesar’s”.
