scienti igitur bonum facere et non facienti peccatum est illi
Therefore to him that knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.
Therefore to him that knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
Therefore to him that knoweth how to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Whoever knows the good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
To him therefore who knows how to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.
To him therefore who knoweth to do good, and doth it not, to him it is sin.
To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
Whoever knows what is right but doesn't do it is sinning.
So it is a sin for the person who knows to do what is good and doesn't do it.
Therefore, anyone who knows what is right but fails to do it is guilty of sin.
So whoever knows what is good to do and does not do it is guilty of sin.
Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, to him it is sin.
If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn't do it, it is sin for them.
Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
If, however, a man knows what it is right to do and yet does not do it, he commits a sin.
To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn't do it, to him it is sin.
So you know the right thing that you ought to do. But if you know that and you do not do the right thing, then you have done a wrong thing.
to him, then, knowing to do good, and not doing, sin it is to him.
If you know what is right to do but you do not do it, you sin.
Therefore, to him who knows how to do well, and does not do so, to him it is sin.
So if you know the right way to live and ignore it, it is sin—plain and simple.
Remember, too, that knowing what is right to do and then not doing it is sin.
Anyone who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it commits a sin.
Therefore, to one who knows to do the right thing and does not do it, to him it is sin.
Therefore sin is still in the one that knows to do good and does not do it.
So it is sin to know the good and yet not do it.
So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.
Anyone who knows the right thing to do, but does not do it, is sinning.
As it is, you are full of your grandiose selves. All such vaunting self-importance is evil. In fact, if you know the right thing to do and don’t do it, that, for you, is evil.
So, for the one who knows the right thing to do and doesn’t do it, this is a sin.
So the person who knows what is right to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, commits sin.
Therefore, to him who knows how to do good but does it not, to him it is sin.
So then, if we do not do the good we know we should do, we are guilty of sin.
Therefore it is sin to him, that knoweth to do good, and doeth not. [Therefore to a man knowing to do good, and not doing, sin is to him.]
So then, if anyone knows the right thing to do, but doesn’t do it, it becomes sin for them.
If you don't do what you know is right, you have sinned.
Whoever knows what is right to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
Just a moment, now, you who say, “We are going to such-and-such a city today or tomorrow. We shall stay there a year doing business and make a profit”! How do you know what will happen even tomorrow? What, after all, is your life? It is like a puff of smoke visible for a little while and then dissolving into thin air. Your remarks should be prefaced with, “If it is the Lord’s will, we shall be alive and will do so-and-so.” As it is, you get a certain pride in yourself in planning your future with such confidence. That sort of pride is all wrong. No doubt you agree with the above in theory. Well, remember that if a man knows what is right and fails to do it, his failure is a real sin.
Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it commits sin.
Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, commits sin.
It is a sin when someone knows the right thing to do and doesn’t do it.
So any person who knows what is right to do but does not do it, to him it is sin.
So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, it is a sin.
So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin.
[L Therefore] Anyone who knows the right thing to do, but does not do it, ·is sinning [L for him it is sin].
Therefore whoever knows the right thing to do and does not do it—for him it is sin.
Whoever knows what is right to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
So suppose someone knows the good deeds they should do. But suppose they don’t do them. By not doing these good deeds, they sin.
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
So then, anyone who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it is committing a sin.
But if a person knows what he should do and he does not do it, he has done something wrong.
Anyone, then, who knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, commits sin.
To the one having da’as, therefore, knowing to do tov and not doing it, to him it is chet.
Whoever knows what is right but doesn’t do it is sinning.
Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, it is sin.
If you fail to do what you know is right, you are sinning.
And when a person knows the right thing to do, but does not do it, then he is sinning.
Therefore, to the one who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.
Therefore, to one knowing to be doing good and not doing it, to him it is a sin.
